Smashed? I wouldnt say that, they lost by 10... GB also lost to KC as well as almost lost to Min... so cant always go by what happened in  a regular season game when we are talking about playoffs... I have saints at -2.5 and I love it .... Saints will be doing one of two things after this game.... going to GB, or going home, to play NYG in the NFC Championship.... I would rather the 2nd option but not counting on that to happen.

And SF is that much better? Come on it's been almost 10 years since they've even made it to the playoffs with their weak ass division and all of a sudden they are an elite team? Sp teams is worth the same as Off and Def? .... are you counting FG as Sp teams? if so, then that is SF's lack of abilty to get into the endzone.... NO's fg kicker is just as good as SF's, they just dont need him as often.. If you are talking about just returns and kicking... Sproles has something like 1300 Return yards....Morstead(the kicker) has the most touchbacks in the league on kickoffs and is avg somewhere around 46 yards per punt... same as Andy lee...  so what part of the saints Sp teams is worse than SF...

Seattle beat N.O with a 7-9 record last year,,!

Minnesota only lost to GB by 5.... a win is a win...... Tampa was playing much better when they beat the saints than they did towards the end of the season... First game, they lost to det by 7, they beat atlanta as well... after they played the saints and won, they never won again... they hit their peak and crashed....

 

St. Louis was a bad game... I will give you that, but one bad week surely doesnt mean that the saints will lose this game... they went into the St louis game thinking that it would be easy and it wasnt.... they are not going into this game thinking that..... They also thought seattle last year would be easy... they wont be thinking that this time.... they will be ready and they will win... bet on it

Sure experience is big, but they do NOT have the edge in coaching.

Sean Payton has Drew Brees, who is a fucking hall of famer..
Jim Harbaugh took a shitty team and turned them from nothing into a 13-3 (could have easily been 14-2) playoff team competing for the NFC championship.  I could probably coach the saints with drew brees running the show, it takes a real coach to turn nothing into something spectacular.

How many pro bowlers does NO have this year? How many does SF have?  Nuff said.

2 of those losses are to two of the WORST teams in the entire NFL.  So yeah, losing to the Rams and the pathetic Bucs in the same season indicates you have ... issues playing on the road.  Green Bay lost ONE game on the road in a game they really didn't need.  The Saints, at the time, needed both those wins.  You do the math.
