I was having 2nd thoughts about the Lions yesterday afternoon but just couldnt get out of my mind that they hadnt played on prime time tv since 1999 & decided to just keep my bets alone.....well, us Lions backers got very lucky to cover, Bears fell short about 2 inches from crossing the line to the end zone & it would have been disastrous, but a win is a win..............

Total profits so far at +$16,105..................

    On to week 6:

Here are some trends, angles & systems:

Play ON a non-division road team off a bye week that has a road game the following week. 19-6 ATS since 2000  (Take Rams +15)

Play ON a home favorite of 6.5 or more before its bye week. 35-13 ATS since 2000 (Take Patriots -7, Bengals -7)

49ers are 2-11 ATS as a road dog after winning by 14 or more points

49ers are 9-15 ATS after allowing 10 or less points

Ravens are 13-3 ATS after winning by 14 or more points

Bills are 16-8 ATS as a dog after scoring 30 or more points

Jaguars are 3-11 ATS after allowing 30 or more points past 6 years

Panthers are 9-3 ATS on the road after losing by 3 points or less

Panthers are 25-12 ATS after allowing 30 or more points (2-0 ATS this season)

I may have more if I find any.........

Here are some 3 team 10 point teasers I jumped on:

    Rams +24.5, Ravens +2.5, Patriots +3, $1,200 to win $1,000

    Raiders +4.5, Lions +5, Rams +24.5, $1,200 to win $1,000

    2 team 6 point teaser: Raiders +1/2, Lions +1, $600 to win $500

    Adding:

    Ravens -7.5 (-110)  $1,100 to win $1,000

I dont think this line will come down & was thinking of buying the 1/2 point but I think the Ravens blow the Texans out..............

BAL looks like a good play... got it at -7.

Hopefully the Rams wake-up after their bye.

Aloha, I've been a long time creeper on this forum and since I've finally created an account, I'd like to thank you for all your write-ups.

If you don't mind, I'm trying to do a 13 point teaser for a very large amount and I'm pretty sure there are better choices but would it be better to take the Patriots at +6 or Cowboys at +20? I think Dez and Miles are playing in this upcoming game?

PTB what the hell was that at the end of the game.  Played great basically the whole game and fell asleep with no time left on the clock.  Thank the lucky stars they woke up like you said just in time.  I was trying to make the tackle myself through the TV screen.

This is kind of a must win for the Boys but so was the Eagles last week so..........

As for a 3 team 13 point teaser goes, here is what I like:

Lions +8, Ravens +6.5, Raiders +7.5 (do you really think the Raiders will lose their home game after their owner died?) or if you dont like the Raiders, I dont see the Packers losing, Packers -1.5

I think Houston is not the same team anymore after - Andre Johnson--got injured (Hamstring) ...Baltimore route this game....Good spot for Ravens to blow out this team....

I LIKE Carolina and NY Giants this week...Do you have any trends to support these two teams?.

Skins are 0-6 ATS at home vs opponent off of SU favorite loss

Skins are 1-10 ATS at home off a SU win vs division opponent that less than .500

Saints are 7-1 ATS as a road favorite of 5 points or less off a SU win.

Bills are 1-8 ATS in October off a SU & ATS win vs opponent off a Double digit ATS loss

Bills are 1-7 ATS as dogs of 7 or less points vs .600 or better opponent

I'll have to check these stats.  I have a hard time believing they're true.  But, even so, so if the Ravens were favored by 34 would you take them just because of the trend?
