As someone stated earlier, the Saints just about average 40 points a game. That trend is mostly for teams overachieving and scoring 40. Saints don't overachieve when they score 40, its expected

When 90%+ of the Covers community is on one team - and particularly most of the popular cappers - we know what usually happens.
People keep talking about the Titans game with NO facing a top 6 defense. I watched that game, and Saints could have won that by 14+ points if they didn't have penalties at the wrong times, e.g. first drive Saints would have scored if not for an ill-timed penalty that gave them a FG instead. Next drive Sproles scores a receiving touchdown that gets nullified for a dubious holding call.
Titans kept things close by keeping Saints to FG in the red zone. If SF can do that and win the turnover battle they win this game, if not it may be NO in a blow-out.

I agree, its playoff time and I don't expect many turnovers or penalties from the Saints they are a very good disciplined and coached team. Last week against the Lions I believe they had 1 penalty.
