Most of the public likes to cap this game with Defensive ranks this from the regular season.

1. Pittsburgh
2. Baltimore
3. Philadelphia

19. Arizona

The numbers don't lie, the CARD defense is going to get obliterated....right?, ......so why am i backing the CARDs? Good question. Remember, they were supposed to lose against the Falcons and Panthers too. Philly's run Defense is not like the Falcons/Panthers, but then again, it was Fitzgerald that basically won the game last week.... plus the above rankings are from the regular season. The Cards were in cruise control after they clinched their divisions and the switch was turned off. When playoff time came, they turned the switch back on (go figure), so the regular season trends/ranking don't count in my book.....that's why I'll stick with the home dog.

Ive taken plus 4 and 4.5 ...current momentum and a nice size exposure already to the fav , and its only thursday ! eagles seem like my giants last yr but even the g-men where dogs every game and the packer game was decided by a fg...i understand this has nothing to do with this game on sunday,,,i just think its a close game either way since you can cut the pressure with a knife...go cards!!!

Another point regarding the perception that Arizona is weak versus the run. The Cardinals rank 11th versus the rush, giving up just 3.9 yards per carry.

Where Arizona was weak defensively throughout the season was the pass defense. However, with the emergence of Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie and the presence of Adrian Wilson, the Cardinals have vastly improved in that department. If you want proof, Arizona was ranked 28th in pass defense back in Week 8. Now, they've risen all the way up to 16th. Being ranked 16th doesn't seem impressive, but it really is if you consider that the team's early-season numbers also figure into those stats as well as the late season games when they were on cruise control after clinching their 'weak' division.. In the second half of the year, the Cardinals have maintained a top-10 aerial defense.

Dude i dont want to start any trouble with you. All im saying is if your rolling on gut feeling then maybe its not worth posting. As for me and the last Bowl game. If they played again I would still bet Oklahoma. You see the difference between you and I is I studied for that bowl game over 28 hrs in a week span. I was very comfortable with my plays. I believe Okies was the right side. If you watched the first hf. They dominated. But hey coach made bad play calls and they didnt get into the Endzone. But it was not a gut feeling it was a very high rated play for me. Now as for the people that followed me. I posted in my post that i was playing with my winnings so dont get to gready. I did get gready with the Mans Money. But for you to loose both plays and then say OH! Sorry guys I didnt do what got me to these remarkable stats. But bet 500 on my plays. My gut is telling me too.R U SERIOUS.......... Sounds like a crock of shet if you ask me. R U even consistant to a system or do you capp games differently each time. Do you have a system or is alot of your play selection GUT FEELINGS. If so you just had a real good streak of luck like Rain man. Well what ever you do least I know a little more of your descision making. See I bet big plays and I need to make sure my money is on the most valuable side. And that my son is where capping begins.

Remember when N.E went all the way to the superbowl just to lose to the one game that counts.Well the Giants won that means the last two bowls where won back to back by the manning brothers.Please the giants where not supposed to win the game against the Eagles.Yep eagles defence was great that day.Zona played well and beat the panthers.Vegas knows whats going to happen before it happens thats why i feel its going to be the two teams that are the least expected to win so far thats Zona/Ravens.Well IMO it would be nice to see someone different in the SUPERBOWL. Over on both games.

First off, I would have to say that you are very bias to your home town team Talent..also, everyone, like you, has wrote the Eagles off since their loss to the Ravens..Why would they even show up to the Thursday Thanksgiving game against the dominant Cardinals? Well we all know what happened that night and although Zona is playing better ball nmow, there's another team thats a little hotter..the Eagles..after miraculous loses by Tampa Bay and Chicago, the Eagles were given the chance to play Dallas for a playoff berth..Noway they would win..not against Dallas...well they whooped them,, and then there's the big bad blue boys from NY..it would surely be the road to the Superbowl and they will repeat..nope..the Eagles outhustled, worked, and took advantage of their opportunities..and to say you could play better than Eli..your little sister could have played better than Jake Del homeboy who threw 5 INTs..come on

though I don't agree with your ethusiasm about your little Cardinals, I do agree that the spread should not be that high and the game will go over..

And in response to the guy who said Warner has 2 Superbowls and McNabb has 0..Warner has been to 2 and McNabb has been to 1 , Warner won 1 with one of the best offensive teams ever to play..McNabb lost to a team on the wake of a dynasty by 3 points..wow they must be horrible..

The Eagles has the experience, confidence, and momentum going into this game and we will win. E-A-G-L-E-S

And please start a new forum on Monday morning telling us why the Cards SHOULD HAVE won, so I have something else to laugh at while I'm hungover from celebrating another trip to the Superbowl

Granted winning against the defending Super Bowl Champions does look good on paper. One would have to throw away all your handicapping stats, get off the internet, and dawn a jock strap that most wouldnt know which leg goes in what hole to understand the meaning of sports. Watch the game for once gentlemen, see with your own eyes where the athleticism lies. Quit worrying how Vegas has camoflaged a number, or which way some fat, bald cigar smokin, supposed insider is goin. No matter how all those legitimate factors weigh into the the pregame number, that number rarely comes into effect. Bottom line is pick a winner and you got cash which is just as good as money. My pick is the Birds to win the game.....that way you can't loose.

It was not worth posting, that Is why I wrote what I did at the beginning... Read it again...

And, I do have a system, I have said from the beginning that my GP Plays come out of my system as a 70% or higher chance on covering. And if you look at my DOCUMENTED record, it is dead on, as I am 72% in GP Plays.

When you show me your documented record over the season and it is better than 70%, then you can question my capping and if I have a system.

since mcnabb does not have this technology yet, he will not be able to edit good throws he made from the 3 or 4 previous nfc championship games hes played in.

advantage = cardinals, by way of kurt warners passes from 10 years ago using alien technology

wassup talent...i think i still like philly here, just cuz warner has 1-2 superbowl dont scare me, its not like mcnabb doesn't have playoff experience...the only thing that scares me is arizonas home field and their defense is (i guess) underrated but definately not better than phillys.....i think i read somewhere kurt warner is like 1-5 against jim johnson's defense....good luck to you this weekend...u taking pitts?

Cardinals havnet faced a real defense yet in the playoffs, philly will shut em down once again, seems obvious really. Atl's and Carolinas defenes were horrible all year, Phillys was great and that will be the difference here.
