They couldn't sniff the redone yesterday without some fumble luck. If you covered up the team names and logos in the boxscore, you would have thought the Saints won by 10 points.

Seattle is overrated because they capitalize on teams due to horrific weather and stadium noise. Kap has already experienced these elements this season, and I fully expect him to bring his A game next week. He is as confident a kid as they come.

Niners +165 and roll it over in the Bowl

COULD HAVE PUT IT ANYBETTER !!!!!

Lynch is Seattle's only weapon , and we all know how the Niners are vs the run

If your team needs a "12th man" to win football games than that's just saying that your team SUCKS!!

One thing to consider is that S.F. will be playing their 4th straight road
game, only happened twice since 1989 and road team lost both games
    by 17 & 20 pts.

Huge Seahawks fan but will be backing 49ers this weekend with my $.  Honestly, can't believe that I'm getting 3.5.  This should be a pick game.  From the beginning of the playoffs I really didn't want to see SFO, but knew it was inevitable.  Sucks betting against your team...

If Seattle DB's are allowed to rape the WR's like they normally do, and not get penalized, Seattle will win this game.   Kaep played better than I would have imagined this past week, but I still cashed on under 211 yds passing/ game, and one of those was a 50 yard play to Boldin.

If Sherman and crew are allowed contact after 5 yards, its going to be a long, long day for One Read Kaepernick.

Im taking the smarter QB at home in Seattle.

Lots of respect for you BigNiner, good luck!

Will add a non biased view.   U can add all the 12th man, defense, and coaching talk u want, but this game will come down to one thing.  Cappernicky v wilson.   Those who point out that last game was back and forth was only for 1 reason; cuz wilson outplayed Capp.  The 49ers outplayed them but Seattle kept forcing Capp to settle for fgs.   Wilson made the big plays when needed.    While Capp has the greater upside potential in this game, I agree w those who say go w the dependable steady Wilson.

mellow, you really believe Wilson is better than Kaepernick.  I'm just not sure about that man.  Wilson looked a little shaky early in the game vs. the Saints.  He threw passes behind players that clearly could have been pick-6's, but luckily they weren't.  When it comes to experience, Colin is head and shoulders above Russell.

Wilson is "clearly" better? Good grief the claims made around here!

I'm scared to bet this game and scared of this match up in general. All I remember playing in Seattle is getting worked the last two times the Niners played there. I think the Niners played 1 good quarter outta 8 and still couldn't muster any points. Lynch seems to have his way with the Niners and I think he will end up being the reason Seattle wins this. Boldin can't get off the ball with that aggressive secondary. King Crab is gonna have to step up BIG time and be the X factor if the Niners pull this one out. Is Harvin Playing??? That could help the Niners A bit. GL BigNiner if your betting this game. If I had to bet this I would go Seattle but just gonna watch with no Action and hope the Niners pull one out. QUESTFORSIX

I completely disagree.  I am a Steeler fan but I have bet against them before.  The Steelers dont pay my salary and they dont send me a check when they win or cover.

Dumbest is the wrong word.  I'd say quite the opposite.  He's using his head, not his heart.

I'm surprised as Seattle fan would still back the Niners in this spot but your absolutely right.

This sf team is a different team from 8 weeks ago. They all got healthy and they understand each other more now. Seattle and the 12th man are going down. Sf has nothing to lose. No one expect them to win anyway. But we are going back to the Super Bowl people. You heard it from the underdog. If you believe. Just ask the panthers how we came into their house and open a can of whoop behind on them. 49 ers had more rings than any of the team rite now.

NFL is fixed, if you really think they play this game with integrity, then you should rethink about it. No way in hell the NFL was gonna allow Denver to lose on Sunday. Peyton will beat Brady and go on to face Seattle in the SB.

I understand California and 49er fans are biased and of course want to see their team win. I know there will be angles to support and keep optimistic about the match up, but it's just not going to happen.

Seattle will blow out 49ers and Denver wins by less than 7 pts, might still cover ATS but the only blowout will occur in Seattle.

Projected SB lines already released if this happens:

    Seattle
    Denver -1

I can clearly see public pounding on Seattle after dominating 49ers and Denver getting past Patriots in a closer battle, but Denver will win the SB.

Let me get this straight.... so the last two meetings in Seattle, SF got an behind whooping by 26 TY and 29 LY... and the line opens at Seattle minus 3.5... basically home field advantage...

Should be a double digit spread from those last two outcomes you would think huh..?

Although he didn't put up big numbers against NO, he made the one throw he had to on the 3rd and 3 in the 4th quarter(to Baldwin when it was 16-8). Beautiful pass in a critical situation which led to the Lynch TD.

Great points.  I still believe Wilson will be slightly more nervous than Kaep due to the fact that the Niners just have more 'swag' coming into this game at this point.  I think Kaep has nestled into a nice place in terms of comfort on the big stage, in big games.  I realize how ridiculous that claim sounds, as Seattle has been 'balling' all season at home, but the Niners confidence is without a doubt running at an all time high coming off of these last two impressive wins.

All in all, I guess I mean that I'm leaning SF right now.

I'm curious as to WHY you think that is.  Is the line 'off' in your opinion?   Why or why not?

Nice stats, but you can throw that out the window and only count the last 4 games because we're really only talking about Kaep vs Wilson. Better yet, just count the games SF has gone into CenturyLink and leave with a W. I'm not saying the Seahawks will win 29-3 or 42-13, but if you're going to throw stats around, it would be wise to only include the games that matter. no, I'm not a Seahawks fan. I actually like both teams and the Niners have been very VERY good to me this year. But I like SEA ML. Good luck though.
