How can you be certain of a halftime play when you dont know what the score is or who is up?

KS a quick question. Do you think college sports have more winning opportunities than professional due to time put in creating lines or is it all the same?  Thanks

 I know for absolute fact that lines makers have a MUCH harder time setting proper lines to even out action, and that makes getting advantageous lines a little easier.  Secondly, with more games to choose from, there will be more games with profitable edges.

Hope not.... rarely do I list a play as (play big)...but even then, playing 5% of one's bankroll is WAYY too big on any one play (rarely have I, or will I do that)

 get second bookie...if he got a lot of STL action he will move the line.... a second bookie may have larger bets the other way and you could get decent swings in the lines you are offered
