Dont be confused by this line as a Raven fan I have watched this team closely. I have season tickets. This line is a joke. The Ravens are a very avg team. I do not see them winning this game.

Its hard to beat against Payton.....As everyone saw he can slice through secondarys when he needs to and imo Pats D is slightly better than Ravens D. Currttiss pm me info if u dont mind thx

its good everybody have different opinions Baltimore need this game while indy wanna keep their winning streak recent games between two teams was all colts i think its tough game to call situationally, ravens need this game bad but colts are the better team , home field is important but i think Peyton plays well anywhere this match at first impression looks baltimore win , thats my opinion because Colts struggled in last 3matches, honnestly if you guys watched the game versus the Pats , Colts get hammered even they won, in other side ravens offense did nothing much last night even they won 16-0. If i have to bet 10000$ i will choose the Ravens but i know Peyton will kill me. tough match , its a pass for me...

First off as a huge gambler and die hard Ravens fan this line is completely ridiculous. Anyone who thinks Baltimore has any shot of keeping this game within a TD needs their head examined. I am a complete homer as well, and probably would put their odds somewhere in the 15-20% range for an outright win. Do that math for the line.
Indy should have opend at -5 and been bet up to 7 by game time. It is simply a terrible matchup and always has been for the Ravens. They have not beat Manning since 2001, and last year he lit them up so bad the game was over by the first quarter. Literally...over.
Ravens secondary could not cover a wet paper bag, and Manning will be going 5 wide every snap and chucking it all over the lot. Ravens offense has been sliding bad the last few games, totally out of sync. Did anyone see that performance vs the Browns??? One TD?? We put up 35 on them early on in the season and should have done that again last night, but look what happened.
BTW that game, it was pouring down raining,(I was there) so take the weather forecasts and shove them because they are useless and mean nothing. I was all happy going into the game last year because I thought the weather would help, but it did nothing to stop Manning.
99% of the money going on the Colts and a 2 point move this early in the week says all you need to know about this line.
I would not touch Baltimore with a 10 ft pole unless it got to 7 points, and even then I would have reservations.
If I were not a Ravens fan I would put every penny I had on the Colts, but it is against my religion to do so in this circumstance so I can't.
This is lock of the century at anything up top -2.5 Colts

The line is perfect -1 ravens. The boys up in vegas know that pretty soon the colts are gonna lose one SU and so they aint stupid to make the colts favs by a high line and then every Tom, Dick & Harry will jump on the ravens + money line.
If the weather is gonna be bad this sunday then it would benefit the ravens more than the colts being that the colts are an indoor team that plays in ideal conditions.
Have you made enough lawn mowing money to bet your $20 this week Sir Drake? Good luck tiger. Win or lose you are still a champion in my book.

It was announced this morning that Terrell Suggs has a torn MCL as a result of that cheap shot by Brady Quinn, could be out for the year. Ravens are apparently seething.

No idea where this line is coming from. The Colts own the Ravens.
I do not see why that should change. Many teams overlook opponents, I do not see the Colts overlooking the Ravens. Count me in as the fool public pounding the Colts.

I have this game as Colts minus 7.

wakko4flacco buddy calm down, they didnt want to unveil anything for the colts game..............im suprsied at your reaction considering your a raven fan, have you ever seen John Harbaugh play calls so conservative? this is the guy that throws the ball 45 yards down to his qb (last year vs kc) its all a part of the dance he has a gameplan for indy mark my words, fair play to indianapolis though theyve scraped there way to 9-0.
I couldnt have said it better. Monday nights play calling was intentially conservative. Flacco is good and will be asked to do much more this Sunday against an explosive Manning offense. If the Ravens do lose, it wont be a blow out. This has the making for a good home upset.
Plus, when is the lat time the Colts have lost....they're so due.

Hou is always tough on the colts...right now yeah houston is prolly better then baltimore
As we head deeper into the second half of the season we will start to see the game change, defenses will shore up and running games will start to gain momentum. Houston is still building name for themselves, dont get caught up in some early season upsets. Im not impressed.
Look for the Giants to rollllll the Falcons this weekend. Thats a better than average team that will be coming off a bye and I expect them to play above their heads this Sunday. Atlanta is going to have a tough time on the road this weekend.
Their healthy now too. I love this game.

At New England by 6 (Clayton drop at the end was miserable) At Minnesota by 2 (missed a 40 yarder to win it) Home against Cincy by 3 (scored on last play of game after millions of defensive penalties) Cincy took it to them in Cincy last week.
Four losses to three elite teams. Been in every one and easily could be 3-1 in those and 8-1 overall. These teams are closer than you think. Add in motivation/homefield and the Vegas line will indicate this one will be competitive.
Indy is definitely the better team, but I think they go down here given the circumstances.
I never understand how anyone can use the "we almost beat so and so logic" this isn't baseball, this is FOOTBALL, the cream rises to the top and bottom line is Bmore Ravens are not that cream. You are what you are at the end of the day and the Ravens are a mediocre team at best, they can beat the bad teams but cannot beat the good teams and will certainly not beat the great teams.
Denver is a mediocre team that had to travel to the East coast, hence why a lot of people who knew better took the Ravens at home. We historically take it to Denver anyway. Remember back in 2002 on Monday night Denver favored to win by like 13 and Ravens hammered them by 30? Well guess who historically OWNS the Ravens? Yep Peyton Manning, and thats when we have a great defense! Anyone who has watched the Ravens defense without Purple Goggles on can not possibly think that the Ravens can stop the Colts offense.
Who will stop the Dallas Clark? Reggie Wayne, and i'm willing to bet Garcon lights us up as well. Everyone clamoring for Ladarius Webb to start, well lets say he does, the reality is he is only 5'9 169lbs., so who is he really going to shut down? We have a new kicker and no Suggs, a gimpy Ngata(who is a beast) and the rest of the sorry excuse for a pro defense going up against a 9-0 team that ALWAYS competes for the Superbowl every year.
No one likes to guarantee games, but if I wasn't a middle aged man who had some sense, I would literally bet every dollar to my name on the Colts covering this spread EASY!
