But on real shit just don't follow sports.  When I'm on a bad run and need a break idont watch sports or look at any lines. Just make a nice meal and watch a good movie or Netflix.  Take a few days off clear ur head and dive back in. If u want to be done forever as bad as it sounds u probably need to stop following sports.

This one is easy.  Quit covers.. u think about gambling less. 

Quit if u can.  Or atleast limit amount of games. Take breaks. Stay busy, to much free time can be dangerous. But easy said than done. We all been thru it. Just bet with spare money

The only way to quit sports betting is to stop watching sports altogether. I actually don't watch most of the time, even on games I bet on due to superstition.

Once you've been betting for so long, the game feels kinda meaningless unless you got money on it anyways.

So if you're able to find something to do other than watch sports, then you should try and do that.

I mean if you weren't betting, did you really care about the game tonight? Did you really care if Indy and their boring offense and old QB could cover 11.5 against Dallas? Do you really care if old man Brady can win tomorrow against the Saints that are having a really down year with old man Dalton at QB? 

When you don't have money on it, these games aren't exactly that appealing. If your favorite/home team is on TV and in the playoff hunt, I could see you being interested in that game. But otherwise, I'm not really worried about what other teams are doing until the very end. And even so, just tell me the outcome. I don't needa know how they got there.

These legalized apps are gonna be the downfall of the next generation of youth. Gonna get everyone addicted. 

And the fact of the matter is, in order to be good at betting you're gonna have to learn how to bet. And that usually entails losing money and learning the hard way.

 Make a visit to Tijuana Baja California zona Norte. You fly to San Diego airport, walk into Tijuana. The flight is remarkably cheap. Just follow the line, always loads of people going from San ysidro walking into Tijuana. Take a cab or even a limo. They are all waiting right there as thousands of people walk across daily. Tell them to take you to Hong Kong club. It's less than $5 cab fare. Now you are a king, there are literally thousands of girls 18-40 yo that will be asking to give you a bj or straight sex. They are Latinas and most are hot AF. They are all tested regularly and safer than the average girl you meet here. You can get a decent room at hotel cascades for $25 and you can have your pick of the girls. She will probably want $80 to bang you. Sure beats betting on games where you will inevitably lose and be stuck on covers lying about your record trying to impress a bunch of degenerate, virgin strangers. Like a certain fool here who lost all his bets today. How do you go 1-5 ? When are you going to put in the work. But I digress. I just want to add, it's legal to pay these hot, a million  miles out of your league Latinas for sex, by the way. Some will give you a pep talk and say it will get better, but  Don't kid yourself, it always ends up right back here. So just start spending your extra money banging girls that look as good as Diane Guerrero ( they really do ) and the one you choose will feel super happy that you chose her. It's hard making a buck out there and they sure don't want to advertise all day and get shutout. Trust me these girls are hot as hell and it's well known that gamblers get less action then pretty much any other demographic. Right down there with the dungeons and dragons players. I fear that they call you "armz" for a reason. Give your arm a break and take advantage of this.

Think about it like this. Say you're a $100 bettor, you bet the football season from start to finish. You have a great season and finish up 22 units. That's $2200 profit for 5 and a half months or 22 weeks for an average of $100/wk. Now divide that by how many hours you spent researching and cruising forums and watching games to see what your hourly is. And that's the best case scenario. Imagine half that if you're a $50 bettor, or you don't even have a winning season.
