Quit if u can. Or atleast limit amount of games. Take breaks. Stay busy, to much free time can be dangerous. But easy said than done. We all been thru it. Just bet with spare money

Look at it as pay 1000 for entertainment for the year. Slowly you will catch yourself not playing a week a two because you are not in need of chasing money. You will suddenly enjoy it and maybe make little money.
