Hey Guys...Tim Tebow Still Sucks

I did look it up.  I don't have his stats memorized, and I didn't think you were wrong.  I have no reason to think you a liar.  I just dont understand how an intelligent football fan such as yourself can look at the Tebow games and not see what is going on.  He's not good, plain and simple.

I’ll take you at your word that you said that because I’m sure as hell not looking it up.

However, I don’t think a defensive TD and a late INT negates giving up 32 points and about 500 yards of offense to a team like Minnesota.

By all means, feel free to point out where I said he was.

So Tebow has an 8-6 record on a team that’s 4-14 without him. 

I’m sure it’s all just a huge coincidence though since he sucks so damn much and contributes nothing to the team.

Well, no shit.   Anyone would.  I just thought it was funny because no one would have expected a “fullback playing QB” to have a higher passer rating than the top 3 QBs have had in any game all season.

It’s not meant to be taken literally.  A “fullback playing QB” or a “runningback playing QB” are just terms Tebow haters use to describe him.

It was also used by Brian Urlacher to describe Tebow right after he went 15-20 for 163 yards in the 4th quarter against the Bears defense during the Broncos comeback win.  

When asked about it Tebow just smiled and said “coming from a really good player that means a lot.”

In a league where quarterbacks routinely complete 60 percent of their passes, Tim Tebow finished the season with a 46.5 completion percentage. Not sure that injuries in the secondary and the absence of Ryan Clark will make a difference. The Steelers might not need their offense in this game, but they will going forward. And it needs to get better.

Prediction: Steelers, 16-10   GL

Shooter may not be an attorney but he can debate/argue just like one. No circumstantial evidence with this guy. Fact is Denver's Def was ranked 20th and a Broncos team who had Tebow as QB won the division. Since we can't argue that, the other arguements don't hold much water. I think he sucks as a QB(but is a great human being and competitor) Our opinions should eventually hold water but that remains to be seen. If he continues to play this way he will "suck" or it might be better just to say he is terrible. Saying he sucks just seems like a put down. Probably part of what shooter doesn't like. However he and the Broncos team could improve the next few years. However, his mechanics are what they are and will be hard to change. It's just the way he throws. My opinion is the Tebow media frenzy will die down and we can focus on other great guys such as Brees and Rodgers.

No he won't.  He's the most godawful passer I have ever seen in the NFL.  If the Broncos do somehow snatch a victory, it will be because the Defense and special teams steps up yet again.

Fox24’s post count is at 2 and none of those posts mention the Cowboys so what makes you think he/she is a Cowboys fan?

Partially, yes.  Go back and analyze each game he has started in this year then come and tell me they were all due to Tebow, and the D had no part.  I watched them all, and went 6-1 on sides and totals involving him.  Its not hard to see who deserves the credit on that team.

I challenge you to point out where I claimed Denver’s turnaround was “all due to Tebow and the D had no part.”

If you look at the stats you will see (as I have stated repeatedly) that in Denver’s wins Tebow usually had a passer rating over 90 and the defense usually played well.  Then in Denver’s losses Tebow usually played poorly and the defense usually played poorly.

You might not want to admit it, but they won and lost as a team.

Without Tebow they wouldn't have made the playoffs just as without the defense playing better they wouldn't have made the playoffs.
