Just remember something here .... Mcnabb has had way less a QB rating because of the players around him and won with alot less.
Btw both QB's have had their best season because of number 81.
Mcnabb had a QB rating well over 100(104.7) throwing to TO who could be one of the top 3 WR's of all time.
Mcnabb that same year won 3 playoff games without TO to start the playoffs before losing in the Superbowl. So he won with and without him.

Once again, why don't we go ahead and give Romo a chance to catch up in opportunities...McNabb 8 seasons as a full-time starter, Romo 1 season as a full-time starter. Before we make the career comparisons let's allow Romo to play his years out.
Another thing, we all know that starting QB's (maybe more than any other position) improve tremendously with their on-field experience through their first 3-5 seasons as a starter. Point being: Romo is already very good and he is only going to get better. The interceptions he may have thrown as an inexperienced starter he will begin to do something else with the ball.

I can't believe people watch Throwup McGagg and think he's good? Take away all the dump passes and screens into the backfield and he's bottom 5 in the league. Romo, this season is a test, then judge him, but you've already seen McCraps career. I'd take Vince Young over either of them

but if that doesn't count, Romo by default because McNabb is the most overrated QB in the game. Ask any eagle fan, when it's mattered most he's choked time and tme again. Their defense is the reason they won so many games thru the 2000's. Without Westbrook McNabb would never sniff .500

I'm a life long die hard Cowboy fan and that person Romo hasn't won a playoff game as of yet. At least McNabb has played in NFC title games and 1 Super Bowl. McNabbb is my choice even though it pains me to say so as a Cowboy fan.

This is a tough one. You have a great qb in McNabb who has been a superstar in the past but the past is very behind him after the injuries in the past 2 seasons.
Then you have a qb who is very green but has shone bright in the regular season but has been a bust in the playoffs.
I think that Romo has the better players around him to help make him look and help him win games this year.Mc Nabb only has a outstanding running back to help him in the upcoming season.It would seem that Romo is the obvious choice.
