Maybe; maybe not. He has had the longest time in the NFL to throw so far this season at 3.47 seconds. That is very close to 3.5 seconds and that ia very long time to hold the ball in the NFL before throwing it.
The issue is he holds it TOO long and takes sacks. His sack rate is right close to 8%.
His zero turnover rate may look good. But taking sacks and too much checking down is happening. He might not be able to work well against the Bears blitz packages.
However, the Bears actually run things he is successful against. They operate with a lot of man coverage and single high safety looks and he is pretty decent against those.
The issue is the lack of TEs to work on rookie nickel and safety. The CBs are good and WRs will have issues there. But can the Eagles take advantage where they should attack or not is how I see it. This coupled with Barkley not looking his old self is a concern also.

Idk man.. Eagles don’t look the same, the Washington game was expected but the fact that Tennessee made the game come down to the wire is a red flag to me considering Eagles only won by 4 that being said they were on the road but still it’s Tennessee..
The Eagles seem like a team that has to be playing from infront against high powered offenses or they could get into big trouble.. the only thing keeping them in games is the defense but the moment those 3 & outs begin to pile up you can forget about that elite defense eventually they will get gassed..
I want to believe the Bears can continue to be a high powered offense as long as that run game continues to have success keeping the 3rd downs short.. thinking of it in the most simplest based terms I have to believe if Tennessee can keep it within 4 points the Bears even with keenum can do the same..
what scares me is the rust having to be knocked off as far as game reps.. when was the last time keenum was in a game? So it may be a slow start for the Bears with the Eagles possibly leading in the first half which could be a problem but the Bears also had the most 4th quarter comebacks last season with Caleb in the games.. could we see another 4th quarter comeback with keenum/Bears ? 2nd half anyone? Just like last night.. I think it’s possible against this years Eagles offense.. I’m not playing this but if I had to I would want +4 or higher
Bears lead the series 30-17-1 with recent wins..I feel like this game is going to be somewhere in the teens 19-16 type of game
what is the blitz rate difference between the Minnesota Vikings compared to the Eagles ?

In my estimation, if I'm the Eagles you have to sell out to stop the run. We saw what the Bears did to the Panthers in week 1. Not so much success in week 2 vs the Vikings. Although last year the Bears absolutely ran all over Philly.
Sell out to stop the run, and make a 3rd string qb beat you, how could you not?

FWIW: Last years Bears had a much better overall offensive line with Ozzy and Dalman on it. They were the group who mauled Philly.
Also, the Bears 3rd TE(blocking TE) was Durham Smythe. They replaced him with Stanford rookie Sam Roush who had a terrible game last week. 2 key drops and this missed block on a fg...
