That was some horrible playcalling. Should have been a fumble anyway, so it ended up the same. 

1st & goal on the 1 with one of the best O-lines in the business and instead of shoving the ball down their throats they try to pass twice.

Coaching IQs have never been lower.

they gagged 100%, but running wasn’t an option. They called the final timeout after the catch that gave them the ball on the 1. 

Terrible call on 4th down.

Why didn’t the Jaguars take a field goal there that was insane ending the last 20 seconds took 15 minutes to play

Jaguars thought they could sleep walk against a banged up eagles offense..and forgot about the eagles Dline ..eagles players and coach are feeling themselves.. lol should wake up jaguars 2nd half..

Jags also let like 30 runs off the clock when there was 1 minute left on the previous set of downs.  Prevented them from getting more run plays in at the 1 yard line

Complete mismanagement by the coaching staff in all aspects there at the end unless it was intentional 

Not sure what this means.  They did run up the middle from the 1 and got stopped.  Then had to use their last timeout.  Then threw the two incompletions because they could not run and stop the clock if they didn't score.  Then they ran a play they thought might catch PHL off guard because time was no longer a factor because the half ends not matter the outcome of the play.

They got to the 1 with 11 seconds left and no timeouts.  What other choices give you 3 more plays there with no timeouts?

What other play is better?  They already got stopped up the middle on a run, they already threw two incompletions.  Time is no longer a factor.

So, if you are NOT kicking the FG the other team expects a run up the middle OR another pass -- all of which they just stopped.

I think if they play works no one complains.

How often do you see teams crowd the line on 4th and 1 only to get a long play to the outside.

BUT it did NOT work.

I was screaming for them to call the timeout earlier instead of letting it run down so much. Coaches keep getting too far ahead of themselves always trying to not leave the other team any time. Instead it forced them to have to throw twice from the 1 instead of running it and then try to run on 3rd down. And they tried a sweep too for fk sake

Absolutely crazy.  Teams nowadays try to be so slick.

This is NOT an offensive game.  Points are at a premium.  Take the points when you can get them.  

I get that it is frustrating to get that close and come away empty but you need the points.

If it had been PHL and a tushpush type deal -- maybe.  

Kind of like TB not kicking the FG at the end to make it a 3-score game.

You HAVE to kick the FG there!

The whole reason it was a disaster is they let too much time run off trying to stop the eagles from having any time so it was still the coaching staff fault.

 Every mofos team doesn’t take the FG when you want them to and they end up losing by a FG or bettors needed a FG to cover
