Wow! Phillycos, can you possibly be a bigger homer? I mean seriously man...you really ought to quit sippin' on so much of that Philly kool-aid they're servin' up over there on the sports talk shows. I do think the Cowboys MIGHT split with the Eagles again, but it'll be for the same reason as last season...because when they play the 2nd time around (Week 17) the Cowboys won't have anything left to play for...the Division or NFC Home Field SHOULD already be wrapped up.

Are you SURE the Eagles D is better? You sound VERY confident and I can't figure out why...the ONLY player that scares you is Ware (14 sacks in '08)? Hmmm...what about Greg Ellis (12.5 sacks, 84 tackles)? Bradie James (101 tackles)? Tank Johnson? Marcus Spears? Chris Canty? Terrence Newman (4 int's)? Anthony Spencer? Ken Hamlin (5 int's)? Adam Jones? Anthony Henry (6 int's)? Mike Jenkins? None of those other guys scare you? Maybe not all of them will, but, certainly some of them have to...

Who do the Eagles have? How are they so much better than the Cowboys guys I just listed? Other than Brian Dawkins (who is clearly on the downswing of his career at age 34 like McNabb) and Trent Cole (12.5 sacks, 70 tackles) who do the Eagles really have??? Sheldon Brown led the team with just 3 int's.... After Cole's 12.5 sacks Juqua Parker was next with just 5 sacks... I don't get it; Quintin Mikell? Mike Patterson? Brodrick Bunkley? Chris Gocong? Stewart Bradley? Omar Gaither? C'mon, how is this bunch of no-names obviously better than the Cowboys stout bunch?

Take a look at that Eagles depth chart...both offense and defense, I really don't see what you're so impressed about. (1) What did everybody say about T.O. when he became a Cowboy? How has that worked out? Sounds like you're the one living in the past. Nobody's saying he's a God, BUT, if he plays the way he did for the Titans then he'll certainly be a plus to the Cowboys on Defense, Special Teams, and possibly even Offense. (2) Spears, Canty, and Newman are all top notch players... Do you watch any football games other than Philly games? Spears has been somewhat quiet thus far, but, he's a young stud who's still improving. Canty has been a beast, and Newman is a shut-down corner.

(3) Huh?   Giving up 230 Net yards, just 140 passing yards and 90 rushing yards is classified as not stopping anybody??? And they did give up just 21 points... Do you know what teams games are shown on the local FOX and CBS affiliates? Well, the Dallas Cowboys are considered our "home team" and they always have been... the local FOX and CBS (when the Cowboys are at home vs. an AFC opponent) affiliates KFOX and KDBC air EVERY Cowboys game that they have the rights to (excluding ESPN, NBC, and NFL Network games). So you tell me, WHO IS OUR "HOME TEAM" where I live? Also, just because a team loses a game that doesn't mean it was because the defense "couldn't stop the offense". There are a lot of other factors in football. I don't consider giving up 230 totals yards not stopping anybody. They only threw for 140 yards and ran for 90 in that game...that's actually damn good defense!
