DK NFL Week 6

Setting up the week 6 tent. A few less choices to work with now that the BYE weeks are kicking in with 2 less games on the slate, maybe things will get a bit harder. Probably will ease up on the plays again this week. 

Seahawks vs Broncos will be an interesting Thursday nighter. Sean Payton recently accused Mike MacDonald of cheating from a match they played 2 years ago when Seahawks gathered clips of the Broncos training camp practices from social media. Since then, MacDonald apologized to Payton after the story leaked out a month ago from McDonald himself in an interview. Consensus are expecting Seahawks to bounce back after a loss and have been 16-3 SU on the road with at least more than 3 pt average winning margin. That is impressive considering how much tougher it is to win on the road. That equates to only 1 road loss every season since MacDonald took over the team. Seahawks just lost on the road the other week to the Commanders. Will that mean Seahawks lose another road game for the rest of the season, or is there road run finally over? Will favorites finally end the primetime run of the dog? Very interesting and competitive match we have on tap for Thursday

Seahawks is not the same team anymore without Walker. 

I have this line as a PK 'em, so that is what i'm leaning too. Hufanga possibly might be out this game which is making me a bit gunshy with Surtain still out for another week. Can Darnold take advantage of Broncos banged up secondary? hard to say. Gonna wait on till i get more info.

i agree, they are not as potent offensively. running back group also seems to have a case of fumble-itis. turnovers could be the difference here

 Let's go for 2-4 Very Solid plays this week 

i'm gonna cut out totals, those were filler plays last week and didn't stand to gain much, went 2-3 on them -1 on it. so cutting them out otherwise would have been a leaner card last week. going with 5 maybe 6 this week.

Without Surtain in, Denver is going to have to be playing zone, JSN is monster against the zone over 500 yards so far in 26. Forget about the game, I have a parlay of over 6 catches and 90 yards.

 And likely without Hufanga, will be get eaten alive in zone all day if the Broncos front doesn't get enough pressure upfront to disrupt Darnold. Matchup and analytics point to Seahawks. That Broncos offense didn't look much better with Payton calling the plays. JSN over is a good choice GL

Line has flipped the other way, getting additional juice for this move I'll take it

Future line was Eagles -6.5, last week line was Eagles -2.5, now Carolina -1.5. Eagles do have a ton of injuries & I know its crazy for the Eagles to be a home dog, especially vs Carolina, but Eagles flying back from London & Carolina coming off two weeks rest makes Carolina the right play imo.

The market has spoken, gotta roll with the wiseguys here. Public still thinking the Eagles of yesteryear and can bounce back, look they took a good team like the Jags to the brink while being shorthanded and are asked to do it again while being jetlagged.

Just hoping the Panthers don't get complacent after a nice win vs Lions and feeling too good about themselves during the bye week, more than half the time it doesn't end well when they return. Sounds like a young and hungry team that wants to improve and not like the cocky Cowboys for example who would definitely be in a letdown spot if they were in the same situation. Panthers might be just a tad underrated in the market while Eagles overrated

Browns went from 4.5 to 5.5 back down to 5, had to act. Jets down 1/2 point, shaving off a few cents I'll take it and hope it doesn't land in a push

 It is so hard to back the broncos as you dont know which version of Bo Nix you get in a game. Seahawks -3.0 for me and will not try to complicate it.

 Me neither, but they've been mostly competitive and that's what matters to me. Maybe they'll lay an egg when I start betting them lol..

The injury report is a bit iffy, no Breece Hall again. I made the bet bc early reports were that Treveyeon Henderson might not play but I see he practiced today in limited status.
