Black people weren't even allowed to play in major league sports, let alone have $114,000,000 million dollars handed to them!!!!!

This mentally unstable crackpot has all the right and freedom to express himself, but others also have the right to call him out for his STUNNING IGNORANCE, INSENSITIVITY to the last three generations of Black-Americans who fought through real oppression, and lack of appreciation for his own upbringing by caring WHITE people after being abandoned, like 73% of all Black children, by his BLACK father.

    Kaepernick

So true..........I hated his guts when he was the QB at Nevada and I'm a 49ers fan

I put up with him back then because he was a cash-cow at the betting window for the Wolfpack.  He was constantly underrated week-in and week-out.

At least he's not a sheeple when it comes to social politics.

Assassinating the man's character just misses the point.  I've never liked Kapernick and, yea, I doubt this helps him secure a roster spot (if he was a solid starter this wouldn't matter in the least).  Still, it takes guts to be a public figure and take an unpopular position.  That, I respect.  I think he's on informed on his position, but that's irrelevant to his action.  Most of you clowns would have attacked Muhammad Ali for his draft stance during the Vietnam War.

At least he's not a sheeple when it comes to social politics.

Take an unpopular position or spread a false narrative? Ferguson, Baltimore and Milwaukee were are looted, destroyed and burned because of a false narrative created by the BLM, yet they turn a blind eye to all of the violence their people cause. Kind of hypocritical, huh?

I can remember when some black people in the form of a black political party attempted to practice their "American Constitutional" right to bear arms. They and their leaders were seemingly systematically profiled, targeted, pursued, and killed and run out of the country by federal, state, county and local police authorities.
Most often without ever having fired "the first shot"
And yet when the NRA advocates protest attempts at gun control, they brandish "their" 2nd amendment right. "white privilege".
And yet when "your man" Trump makes inflammatory statements such as "black people are making war on cops", I hear no righteous protest or indignation from these quarters. "white privilege".
Ah yes, the "code of silence". If we don't talk about it, it isn't really present. And so we can't or don't have to do anything about it.
What price freedom, or liberty, or justice? or is it "just us"?
Wiser men than I have stated to the effect that "Injustice to one will eventually result in injustice to all".
And I will not reply to any subsequent posts. So say what you will.

It's funny when someone becomes a bench warmer how their mind seems to wander....

He took a stand to sit ..sitting down to take a stand. A person who is not proud of the land of the free and the home of the brave country, that allows him to make over $10 million a year... should find a new home,,Good luck with that Colin ....

Don't it always seem to go
That you don't know what you've got
    Till it's gone
    They paved paradise
And put up a parking lot...

He has received a tremendous amount of hate for his decision, but lest we forget, one of the greatest things about our country is the freedom to express our thoughts. Throw everything else out, he feels African Americans or others of color are oppressed, are they? Oppressed is a strong word, treated equally? I don't think anyone can make that argument.

And to point out, he sat down during a national anthem, how in the world is that an earth shattering crime?

If kapernick was white. He would have won the superbow had he faced a black qb. He knows this and he's pissed off. Even with his small brain he figured it out. Well we do live in a digital age now.

At least you hit all of the buzzwords..... NRA, Trump, 2nd Amendment, justice, etc. Well done. You may be missing out on a career writing for Bill Maher, MSNBC, or just plain old NBC news. Maybe time to dust off the old resume.
