Franchise leader in tds. I’ll take him on my team great te who had a bad game
Andrews you piece of shit
@Ufo2112 exactly what they predicted after the game. Great season, rescued ravens asses more than once with his plays but will only be remembered for this crucial mistake. No one talking bout Lamar. He didn´t factor at all yesterday. No productive runs, interception, safety. His other receivers bounced easy passes too but all focus on this play from Andrews at the end. Henry and the whole ravens campaign recognized they are in the playoffs in quarter no. 3. Nothing to be seen from all these super heroes before. And all that happens after for what reason ever, buffalo stopped Allen to make his solid save and productive plays from first half by start of the third period. No pushing forward, no risk, easy passes to the side with no gain at all. This was decided by buffalo coaches, not Allen and that brought ravens back in the game. 2 easy 3 and out. Commentators in TV could not believe what they saw but where happy for the fans cause ravens closed the gap and it became close again. If they´d gone forward like period 1 and 2 game would have been over much earlier but you can´t look into the heads of coaches to understand why they stopped working offense in 2nd half. Ravens had the chance and they didn´t succeed. And like in all other sports you add all mistakes together cause perfect plays would lead to nothing but ties and the team that has the lead in this comparison at the end wins this comparison, but looses the game and is finished in this case for the season. Better luck next time. These ravens yesterday didn´t play good at all and didn´t earn a victory. Thats the problem you always have in sports when you decide games in on game matchups. In most soccer leagues you don´t have this problem. The team that over all for the season delivers constant points gets champion...finished...so easy. Even in all your other sports like nhl nba wnba and so on you have best of three. Would be a possibility. Remember a post here yesterday when a person said it would be unfair for teams playing indoor need to play outside in snow and ice at Philly or Denver or Buffalo. So best of three. One game in Philly, one game in Los Angeles and if its tied. Another one at best seeded teams homeground. As you do it now, you can play the heck of a season win all you games and than with a one and lonely bad haired day you loose to a team that had 5 losses or more in regular season, dream over And after all you all focus on one play, one person, one possession and bash on one person Andrews. Remember, no safety ( 2 pts to buffalo ), no need for 2point conversion So why not bash on defensive coaches, on Lamar, on the line who protected him, or better, should have protected him Its not Andrew its the team, the staff that didn´t play well yesterday. That easy And yes, I became lucky winner from this with under 53 Point for the game. But I lost my under in the game before. So shit happens Wish you best of luck for the rest of the payoffs.
What are you saying? Did you ppl even complete grade school??

He was a security blanket for a developing QB. I agree that he is good TE that had two costly mistakes in bad weather.

@StumpTownStu He wasn't the only one. Didn't the Bills score off of one of Jackson's turnovers?
Yep. A touchdown. Those Andrews mistakes were costly but true leaders takw the blame. That means the headcoach and the QB. Neither that pick nor the fumble should've ever happened.

What I wanted to know was why they hadn't tried to get Henry some runs to the outside. It seemed like they kept trying to run it up the gut and then stopped running when it didn't work. It's a wide field

Yeah I know, but it seemed like maybe an adjustment could be made.

Posted in another thread, but applies here too:
For those saying Buffalo was dead, did you watch the game? They built the lead of 11 at halftime off of Lamar’s mistakes. The only time they got stopped in the first half was on a phantom hold or this game may have been 24-10 or 28-10. I do agree the PI call was weak, but they still get a FG there on that drive so it really evens out. It is still 20-10 or 24-10 without the phantom hold.
As some have pointed out, Buffalo played conservative in the 2 half because they didn’t need to score – exactly like KC did last year. They wanted to make Lamar beat them with his arm (same as KC did). That first 2-point play was a great example. He just needed to float a pass to Likely and easy 2 points. Not sure why nobody is talking about that. That was all Lamar. Some could argue that is an easier pass to make than catching a low throw in the snow.
In the 2 half, when Buffalo needed to score at 21-19, they did. And if they needed to score at 27-27, they likely would have. The line was -700 when it was 27-19. That’s all you need to know. There was never a time in this game where Buffalo was not in control of this game. Given Allen’s history, he likely puts them in position to kick a FG. Get 40 yards in 1:30 with 3 timeouts. I would even bet on Lamar with those odds (if he gave it to Henry...haha)

Sorry but andrews wasn’t even touched as he received the ball, he didn’t cradle it, he was twisting and falling but still.....he must’ve dropped it on purpose. Only logical conclusion.

The right adjustment there would have been Lamar taking advantage of the Bills safeties playing up or rolling out. There were several plays where he had an outside lane and could have taken off for some decent yardage, but he seemed locked in to the pocket more so than I've ever seen.

Regarding the Andrews dropped pass during the 2 point conversion, I'll start off by saying he should've caught that. But... in rewatching video clips of it, it was clear that he lost his footing and that threw him off. Mentally, he should've shook that off and held on no matter what, but his feet and legs gave out under him and he wasn't expecting that.
It's an unfortunate end to the game. In my opinion, it would've been awesome for that 2 point attempt to be converted, and see if Josh Allen could work his magic in less than 2 minutes. All they would've needed was a FG to win. And, if that never happened, we would've been blessed with OT on an already great game.
Oh, well. Right now, I'm hoping the Bills beat the Chiefs and the Redskins to beat the Eagles. I don't particularly dislike the Eagles, but it would be nice to see a new team in the Super Bowl. ![]()

All that play did was keep Josh Allen from taking the bills down the field for a bass game winning field goal which he would have drilled through. Either way they were going home early…..again. Their QB once again put them behind the right ball in a playoff game with two costly turnovers. See ya next year Baltimore.
damn I see ur still clueless...
Bills didnt do shit in the 2nd half....
Bass is about as accurate as a blind man in a dart game...![]()

I think he momentarily took his eye off the ball and wanted to make sure he was in the end zone. Tough break shouldn't have happened to a nicer guy cuz Andrews now gotta deal with death threats and not so nice things to say about him.
Should be closed. Move on. Game is already done ![]()
