Yeah, I enjoyed that one too. I wouldn't be surprised if others at covers found it funny as well, but I also wouldn't be surprised if they didn't.

Not sure why you're laughing so hard, if you could read, you would see that I said several times that the 6 picks I made in week one were gimmes and nothing to gloat over. Hopefully my Week 2 picks will continue to show my stuff.

According to my Bet Card and Wallet, 6-0 is real. But unfortunately I've learned quickly in this forum that I never made a bet because I didn't post it here first, as if I was suppose to know about this site prior to Week 1. Anywho, 6-0 was real, but again let me emphasize that I didn't reallize go out on a limb with the 6 picks I made. To me, they were gimmes. To you they should be, also. So this week I've decided to bet on more games and a little more risky ones. I noticed that half of the espn.com experts were .500 or below. My actual Week 1 record (not posted) was 10-6 overall (though I only bet on those 6), which means I went a dismal 4-6 on analyzing riskier games using the spread. So hopefully in my Week 2 picks I have balanced out my week 1 non bet ( the 6-0 counts in my book since those were the ones I was willing to put money on! ) miscalculations.. and will improve upon my unposted and "phantom" record.
If I do poorly, I hope you didn't and we'll get 'em back in Week 3!

Here me now!
The Dallas Cowboys are talking about breaking the points record that Minnesota set in 1998 (Yes I know its Week 1, and so do they (I'm only just quoting the team!)). That's how excited they are about their offense. Their defense went to sleep, never mind that performance. Just keep it tucked away in the darkest corners of your mind (for now). The Cowboys' offense, even without Terry Glenn, is extremely powerful. They will put up at least 28 against the fins, and the rest is up to the defense (which probably had a tough week under Philips' coaching).
