I'm usually quiet on the boards not posting much but wow guys don't even tell me "oh the pros know" cause fuck that. An NBA team in Miami at home scoring 27 for a half....harden shitting his pants and even misses his free throw to cover..Blazers by skin of their teeth if you had +7....clips losing to a mediocre team without their best player...Toronto completely blowing a lead...I mean it goes on and on. not even teasers are safe. My last time betting NBA fellas, only nfl and college for me. Bol rest of the year for you poor souls trying to figure this mess out as if any system works to cap...

Teasers are sucker bets in basketball.  There is no such thing as a true system otherwise we'd all be rich.... Just have to use some common sense and bet the situation.

A better question is why is this the 100th post like this I have seen in this forum this week alone? If we actually have knowledgeable discussions on this forum ( see- flamingos season thread about the Atlanta hawks ) then you wouldn't need to come on here and talk about how the NBA is impossible to beat.

Agree fellas but I just mean whether teasing, su/ml, taking points giving points it's just a shot in the dark. Of all the professional sports, it's the worst hands down. And this isn't any one game or this friday, it's been all year long even this last week in general. Just useless to cap.

Yes I can agree and of course we vent in a dramatic tone but really man, to make it worth it there should be some decent waves to ride. Not random tsunamis followed complete dead water. Nature of the beast for sure but as far as NBA is, how does an NBA team, terrible or otherwise score 27 in a half? I mean yes one game under the microscope but in general there are games like this with such a weird and dramatic flop either way and it's just like wtf really? Clips warriors getting worked? Not even a m/l bet. But yes knowledgable discussions can lead to educated guesses. But overall NBA not worth it. Unless you pick your spots, and come in like Robin Hood a couple times during the season.

The NBA is a coin toss. There's no such things as a reliable trend. Trend says over, you get fucked over betting over. Vise versa. Team suppose to play like shit back to back on the road, comes in your house and blow home team by 20.

Ofcourse, you will have winning weeks, but the end of the day you're fucked

Just got to be on the right side of the FIX!!!, You all know that a good portion of the NBA games are FIXED dont you? We just got to figure out wich ones, then when you think you got it figured out you get the double WHAMMY no greaseOh yeah! The NBA where AMAZING HAPPENS!!!!!!

The nba is the most profitable sport for professional bettors.

It is more consistent than any other sport and it is considered the bread and butter of sports betting.

If you can't beat the nba?  You probably should not be betting sports.  

The last thing you should be doing is telling people it can't be done just because YOU and a good majority of people can't do it.  I mean, obviously, if all of you guys could do it, the books wouldn't exist.

There are only a handful of us that can win (I am one of them).  I have beaten every nba season for the past 20 years.  No, I'm never going to share how I do it, I'm just saying, it is NOT impossible, it's just NOT easy....98% of the people who bet on sports will LOSE long term....so you have those kinds of odds against you.

So don't be surprised when you average every day guy cannot win long term.  That's just what it is.  It's rough I know.....just accept that YOU can't do it, and/or try to improve at your bet selection.  

But don't go around telling people it can't be done when plenty of people do it.

Lol ok whatever you say 2%er...I'm sure you live in mansions off the coast on your NBA betting...oh and plenty of people doing it amounts to 2% of bettors on JUST the NBA? Makes sense...and while you're up on your horse how bout you recognize the post is just meant to show the randomness of the NBA. Again, take a hint at the exaggerated tone and pull your golden sunglasses off to see that the NBA not only has had a major and within the last 20 years, game fixing scandal with a mobbed up ref to not only challenge the credibility of the league itself throughout sterns final decade in power, but to also note that these turns on the games are unpredictable and the most volatile to bet.

If you're a professional sports bettor (which I am) you will soon learn that overall, the most consistent, dependable, long term profit can be generated in the nba.  ALL sports betting is random.  If you think other wise?  I highly doubt you've been betting long enough to weather any real long term swings.  I've been doing this for nearly 15 years.  I make a fortune betting sports.  Doesn't matter if I live on my own personal island, or if I live in an apartment in a low income apartment complex in florida.....those things are irrelevant.  

Hindsight, lol.....I've been at this for a long time sir.  I feel for you kid, you probably lost a lot of money trying to beat the nba.  Tough luck!  Don't go around telling people it can't be done.  

"Plenty", in NO way suggests the majority, or even CLOSE to the majority.  Anymore than 3-4 can be considered plenty.   The majority of people will LOSE in sports betting in GENERAL, not just the nba, because they are IGNORANT.  That's why they are called "the betting public".

You think just studying the free information available like, trends, stats, line movements, and all that JUNK on the surface will make you a long term winner? LOL!!  I'm guessing that's why you have this chip on your shoulder?  You put in all this supposed "hard work"....."studying" games, and you still lose?
