Good Morning AX ... you have always preached that one should do his/her homework the night before ... then when the number is posted, play it if it's favorable before it perhaps moves unfavorably or goes OTB ... one can always buy it back if need be.  In fact this statement exists on page 143 of your book entitled MAKE $250,000.00 A YEAR WATCHING THUGS PLAY BASKETBALL.

Interesting ... Fathomable, if you were Coach Pop would you bring him back now to obtain a better seed in the playoff picture or would you wait till the playoffs start knowing he's 100 % ... I'm thinking I would wait till he's 100 % ... if and when he goes down from this point the Spurs season is over ............

AX ... I have a 12 yr old grandson that comes over after school and makes those contest picks ... last summer he won an Ipod in one of the weekly baseball contests. He told me he wants to grow up and be just like you "a pro capper" ... big house, good lookin' woman, new Bentley, country club membership and of course - 5 dogs !!!

Chump - they actually did play twice this year, also on Dec. 6 at SA...123 - 88 final....but I agree with you SA will slow this down with Duncan's old knees....and GS is hurting also hurting with several starters banged up....I have this game at 200, but we could see something similar to Sunday's NO - GS result....

Chump, what are you thoughts on this if Duncan doesn't play? Wouldn't the line moving from -10.5 to -8.5 suggest that he probably won't???

Detroit / Chicago is a tough call  ... with Hamilton running the show they have done well but if he's not 100 % ??? I hope the total goes over for you but it's a no play for me.

You're right Manifesto - they did play back in December ... did you notice that SA went 12 for 26 from downtown in that game !!!???

Pick-N-Pop ... I'm thinking the line went down 2 points because they have failed to cover in 5 of their last 6 games !!! Also make note that "under the total" was a winner in the last 5 of 6 games ... all of life is a crap shoot, isn't it ... good luck to you !!!

What I meant was do you think the pace of the game will be affected by the absence of Duncan? The Spurs might be more inclined to run should their focal point of the offence and low post threat not play?

SA has an 0-4 ATS losing streak.....The spread opened at -10.5 and now 70% of public are on -8.5......if this drops to -8 I have to go with GS.......I dont think Duncan is going to play tonight and that will change the total score.....Without duncan this game could stay uptempo and have a lot of scoring....i am liking Over 207....also SA has a streak of 5 unders and GS has a streak of 1 under so the book dropps the total a bit......

No ... IMO SA doesn't ever want to "run" with these teams that have a 10 second shot clock -- it's not their game ... SA's game is slow and methodical .................
