good afternoon fellas, last night was, or shoulda been a super night for the followers of team sty. we posted lots  more winners than losers..and thats all that matters..slim night tonight in NBA , but lots of puck plays possible..i wanted to get the thread up early so the hockey posters could get to work. i will be back when NBA quarter lines come out...lets take the mans money AGAIN tonight!!!

1P ML opened at my book at Bos -155... a little high for me, but seeing how poor Buff is in 1P???
My book doesn't do 1P PL's, but for those who have books that do??

Evening, fellas....1-1 last night in the NHL turning a small profit due to + value plays.  In keeping with that approach, a couple of dogs I like tonight....

Flames ML (+135) FG - basically fading the Redwings who are in shambles right now.  Still missing 6 of their top 9 forwards and one of their top defensemen, the Wings have dropped 5 straight home games in regulation and are only 2-7-1 in their last 10 at the Joe.  I toyed with playing the Flames (Reg) (+175) but would be super-pissed if they prevailed in OT.  Frankly, I'm a bit surprised I'm getting them on the ML at this price.

Panthers ML (+120) FG - Panthers are playing quite well lately winning 6 of their last 7 and 4 straight.  Panthers' Scott Clemmensen has been solid of late winning his last 3 with a 1.30 GAA and a .944 SV% over that span.  Ottawa on B2B and will be hard pressed to beat this Panther team for a 3rd straight time.  Sens' Craig Anderson nothing special at 9-8-3 with a 3.36 GAA and a .898 SV%.

Be back later with hopefully some more + value plays.

coach..im kinda surprised you arent fading the sabres 1 P....yet..

damn, done found me some hockey stats!! i could become dangerous in another sport!! i dont need coach to help me with this one...buffalo has been outscored 36....THIRTY-SIX to 7....SEVEN a difference of MINUS 29 goals first period...at -1/2 +160 i MUST take Boston 1P...only edmonton at 38 has given up more first period goals..but buffalo doesnt seem to be able to find the nets the 1P either....36-7...i am blown away.....i gotta peck around and find me another one for a parlay...or better yet action reverse coach, baby, henry.. you may have created a monster...

You beat me to it, Tx.....been doing well fading the Sabres 1P.  Always some risk as Sabres' Ryan Miller can be really good, or really bad.  Either way, Sabres are offensively challenged....particularly in the 1P.  Thus, making it an official play....

SA game gonna be tough to gauge on the total since their missing Duncan Parker and ginobli. At first you'd think GS -7 but still 7 is a lot to give SA, even without tier core players. Even more, very tough to predict scoring as well. Prob have to stick with over FG in OKC/CHI. I'll be on over 192 BIG and wait for 2H in GS to see if there's any value there at half.

11 games at 60.5 comes out to exactly 5.5 goals a game.

On my spreadsheet, I have quite a few Overs, 8/11. With that said,I only played three of them.

The STL Under 5.5 juice was at -147. I see they moved it to 5 now. rarely do they move totals in hockey. 

my opinion of the Grand Salami: fun bet to have action on all the games. Coin flip bet. You're taking a large spread of games, and taking the action which is most like a coin flip, which is the total.
