Line reading is conjecture but it is a classic capping tool that carries a bit of weight (not a ton but a small chunk) to help GUIDE you to the winner, not give you it. I've completely ignored it and I've used it. And not only that, it's very interesting because we all do it and there are many theories behind it. And generating interest is key when discussing a game.

Last time I checked Dantoni hasn't won a championship. His offense is great but historically he is known for not having defensive teams at all. Hence the reason why he can't and hasn't won a championship. Just my opinion and best of luck on your play.

Yeah, you're prob right. Just thought I'd ask and see what you thought. D'Antoni is a pretty truthful guy as I've seen from his NYK days. Now that I think about it he's pretty frank as far as his post-game interviews go.

Faded my own honoring the deceased angle as Beverly come up with a ridiculous 20 hitting 5-7 threes after attending his grandfather's funeral.
Should have went with the angle as Thomas had his best game after the funeral as well.
There's far more to the story but if Beverly goes for 9 or 11 this game ends differently perhaps outside the spread, perhaps not
Flawed pick. Very pissed off as I changed it from the dog and found every wrong reason to do so.

Thank you Scal. A lot of times in situations like this where i know going in that the game is going to be tight I wait for a live bet or a halftime bet that is a bargain vs the opening line. Because I know you are a great capper I waited to get a better number than your -5.5. In this case I waited until halftime and got the game at -3 which was a bargain compared to 5.5. I have won several times taking your picks and doing this even though you may have lost. Thank you for your work. You make it much easier for people like me who don't have the time to put into capping.
