I will be on holidays for the month of January. Time to get busy and hopefully help gets everyone more picks than Jay Cutler throws.

Here are my selections on the Games today. Sorry no write up as it's late here and I just reviewed the stats.

New Orleans @ Chicago: Under 190
Philadelphia @ Utah: Under 203 (initially 205)
Phoenix @ Warriors: Under 233.5

Sacramento +6.5 or 7 against Lakers look good. Artest isn't playing either due to a fall at his home.

New Orleans vs Chicago at the ML or +2.5 looks a good option too. Chris Paul v Rose should be a key match up and I would pick Paul to use his defensive wiles to shut down Rose

What a bad beat this Warriors-Suns game is. They should score 500 before this game is over.

Meatloaf said 2 outta 3 ain't bad. Still stinks.

How bout them Kings - this is one team I think is heading for Playoffs.

Definitely worth any money line bets on them. You will be rich by Seasons end - Trust me.

Hopefully close out the Lakers soon. Up 7 in OT.

Warriors v Celtics
Total: 210

Doubt Celtics are going to play the run game here. Peirce isn't playing and with each away game, the options can become depreciated with fatigue.

Boston knows the Warriors are dangerous and the more they limit the Warriors offense, the better thier chances are to win as they should be able to score easily.

So watch a game where the Celtics will run the O yet pace it to prevent Warriors from fast break plays.

I think Warriors should be more likely to win given the Celtics back2back situation.

How are you 33-21? I guess you don't count your sides,so why even post them? You are good with unders,but count EVERY pick in your record,not just the wins.You lost(on sat) n.o. +2.5,sac ML vs the lakers,Sac +6.5 or 7. That's 3 losses you "forgot to mention".   GL on bos under tonight.

But since I started posting - I'm at 34-21.

Oh yeah - if u wanna know the money plays like Da Bears at +300, man u will cry like any of Tiger's bitches.

Well done to all who took the UNDER 210. It was always the play of the day.

Should have posted my Bears bet on the ML and the Handicap of +8.

My big plays are on totals but I see ur point regarding money lines or handicaps. They are not significant bets. These days i'm staking 2-3 Units on the totals and 1/2 to 1 unit on money lines.

Went to 4 units on da Bears however but it has been crazy and i needed free money for NYE

Lakers v Warriors
Total: 220.5

Both teams are in back2backs. Travel times are short but Lakers did run all nite vs Phoenix and Warriors chased the game against Celts before pulling away late in the 3rd and holding off in the 4th.

My senses are saying take Under. Will have to rely on little fast break plays and some bad shooting. Lakers games deteriorate badly like molded cheese if they are in front.

Lakers are one of the laziest looking teams and Odom never plays any defense and allows shots in his face. Gasol looks like a rag doll and plays like one but unless you go inside, he doesn't take a step outside the paint to defend.

Bulls v Pacers
Total: 191.5

Looks like Del Negro is going to be fired. I been asking for his head ever since the Bulls starte playing like primadonnas and conceding so many points defensively. More notably the loss to the Kings from 35 points up.

The Bulls are not a 105+ point team a nite like many others. They are a steak and potatoes team although the way they play, u need a straw and a blender to suck up a liquid meal because they don't make anything easy.

The Pacers I hope beat the Bulls. They are evenly matched here and if the Pacers are on fire, can take this out.

Houston v New Orleans
Total: 193

Scores between these 2 have been low in the past 5 contests. Hornets don't shoot too well mainly as they fail to get inside the paint and rely on 10-15 foot jumpers.

Houston have been on the slide shooting wise and this game anyway has slow tempo written all over it.

I couldnt agree with u more Slyspy, the Lakers dont play Defense and rely heavily on Kobe to push the lake show thru @ the end of most of their games.  The champs dont have that killer mentality and keep most teams in to the end.  Heavily legs for both teams should be a factor tonight!!!!  Lets see what happens!!

Yeah. Lakers don't have respect for anyone. You can see it with Phil Jackson sitting on his ass smirking regardless of what the F the Lakers do or how far in front or behind they are.

I seriously doubt he is running this team. He never gets upset or happy at any stage and the players dictate what happens rather then the chump coaching.

Like he never coached the Bulls did he? Anyone coach in the league would have won titles with players like Jordan/Pippen or Kobe/Shaq combos.

This guy has been on the gravy train since he took these 2 teams. Gotta give him credit for his luck.

Houston v Dallas
Total: 197

A classic Texas showdown here. The past 2 Games have yielded over 225 points each time and each time the Books set the margin at under 200.

These 2 teams have found a rhythm when playing each other and I expect a high scoring game with both teams having 3 point exponents and playing at a rapid tempo shooting at 12-15 clicks.

I'm expecting around 85-90 shots lauched here and provided this does come to fruition, we will get there with 8 minutes to spare.
