It's baffling. What the hell is he doing late at night in the Magic's practice gym when he's supposedly shooting 300 free throws? Backrimming 200 of them?
Bate I agree 100% about the Ft's. But Orlando did so much more than miss ft's to fuck this game up. They handed it to L.A in every way possible

STERNSTEIN should die in a plane crash! NO CALL ON PRINCE KOBY was the deciding factor! Regardless of there shitty free throw shooting! 3 refs have to make that call! THESE so called refs turned there head! I remember MJ getting the same type of no calls!
Yeah, but the Magic got a lot of generous calls in this game.

Kobe hit the wall again in the 4th quater and still trying to make shots, attack the rim, rather than getting team involved,Magic should have won it. Fish knocked a key 3, Magic missed alots of frees, not only Howards but also Hedo, thats unusual. Your hedge is logically correct decision, Magic certainly match up well against the Lakers.. it is just bad luck
No, I think he's just a big fan.

I disagree. I think my first instinct was wrong, but you can't forecast historic choke jobs like this one.
Howard and Turkoglu - 14-27 from the line. Fucking assholes.
No doubt it was a horrific final 60 seconds of regulation. Howard makes 1 foul shot and it is over. But normally Kobe does not play that poorly all 4th quarter. I think his hand was bothering him because he did not look right.

Funny how you've been HOPING all playoffs for the Lakers to fail. But that's all it was: HOPE.
It's obvious lakers are the best team in the league. Great teams come through in the Clutch. Magic choked because their coach panics and it trickles down to the players. Phil is calm and collective...don't hate.
dont get mad bro...lakers showed their greatness tonight.
It's going to be a longgggg off season for all you laker haters.
SEE YOU AT THE PARADE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....

2-14 against the spread in their last three NBA Finals appearances. They are easily the most overvalued team in the league, and the oddsmakers have to jack their lines way up because of this. Smart bettors know this, too, and take advantage by fading them. Obviously it's been a very profitbale strategy when the Lakers are on the big stage.

You may be right MRBATOR! However, it was a step in by KOBY that was right in front of there faces! PS I had little $ on this game! This smells of protecting the the BRAND vs making a middle market call!

Yeah, I guess you're right. The Lakers stepped up and played great free throw defense on Howard and Turkoglu when it mattered most.

It's baffling. What the hell is he doing late at night in the Magic's practice gym when he's supposedly shooting 300 free throws? Backrimming 200 of them?
I remembering reading that he has to make 20 straight or something at the end before he can leave. That begs the question: does he ever leave or do they just give up eventually?

the coach should have instructed them to foul instead of letting them shoot the 3 .. this has happened many times .. foul em , why give them the chance to tie it .
was luck fisher hit the 3 .. but why let la shhot it .
coaching rears its head as X FACTOR .
to deny this fact would be pure ignorance .
i see poor coaching moves every day just like i see good coahing moves .. i should be coach . lmao
veronica27, are you suggesting that a team missing as many free throws as the Magic were.......should have gotten themselves into a free throw contest with the game on the line?
BAD IDEA, BRO!

Not only that, but do you notice how every time he catches the ball up high right near the basket, he then brings it down, and goes back up, unlike Gasol who just catches it high, and then puts it right in. If Howard would just keep the ball high, and shoot or dunk real quick, he'd probably score about 40 every night. WTF is Ewing teaching him? Every time he brings down the ball, everyone swipes at it.

It was definetely an offensive foul on Kobe when he leveled Nelson with the elbow, but the Lakers didn't get away with too many in this game. But they got that one. I hope Kobe broke his jaw.

LOL! That's funny stuff man!
I love these myopic Laker fans thinking that this Laker team is a great team and that Phil Jackson is the greatest coach ever (it's really hard to coach MJ , Shaq n Kobe, huh) or that Phil had anything to do with the Lakers winning the game...lets see should I leave Fisher in or put in Farmer, Sasha, or the Brown Kid, mmmmm??? tuff decision, not!

I do hope they fail. This team is impossible to root for so sorry if I don't enjoy giving them handjobs every day like you do. Have I ever let my distate for them affect my wagering though? No I haven't. But the Lakers don't have one redeeming quality about them and tgey have zero likeablity factor.
