Tough night for Raptors fans. Glad he didn't go to Lakers . Nothing else Toronto could have done. I don't think it was a easy decision. I think he made the best business decision he can make. Don't think the states got to see a whole lot of Raptors games during the season. As for the Raptors and the small market teams, its tough. Raptors had to pull a miracle to win. Thats the only way these teams are going to win otherwise they are farm teams.

It is pretty shocking, but on the other hand it's looks like Kawhi had been contacting other players to team up with him on the Clippers the whole time, with the Lakers as his backup. Toronto was likely never really in play.

I have been a Clippers fan since the mid 80s going back to the Norm Nixon days the Benoit Benjamin days and there was some hope when the Clips had the front court of Danny Manning Loy Vought and Sir Charles Smith but that never panned out .. of course the Clippers started getting some respect when they got Blake Griffin and cp3 but that didn't work out either .. the Clippers have been considered a joke of an organization for 40 years and a lot of people say they are a cursed team going back to when they were the San Diego Clippers .. so to see this team suddenly become the favorite to win the NBA championship and sign the best player in the NBA Kawhi Leonard yes it is shocking .. but yes I give props to the logo Jerry West by far the greatest front office NBA guy of all time
