I will tell you smart guy. I did not type my card of the day out on the forum, however I entered it in the NBA contest. This is what I played myself and what I used for the contest.
Click on my name, click on completed picks, then click on my record of the particular day we are talking about, 28-03-2014:
| 03/28/14 | 11-2-0 | 84.62% | +4400 |
Now look closely at the numbers 11-2 and 84,62%.
As you already need to work on your understanding of the fundamentals of chance based bets, you can also work on your ability to correctly estimated the ability of a fellow capper.
Good luck with that pal, you'll need it.

Thats what I thought......
Gene I am interested you sound like you are the best on this forum! I need to see your picks man. Go ahead post them in a topic or in the contest like I do. You have little catching up to do as I have only entered 52 picks so far and I am at 63% correct, that's not that great so you should be able to get 70% or even 80% at the very least as you claim to be much better. So let's see how good you do in your first 52 picks. Start posting them in the contest or in a topic so I can see them I will be more than happy to learn from you if you get 70%! Challenge accepted Gene, let me see your picks and teach me. I am waiting...

Now Carlton and Gene, if you guy's are gonna have a pick off, it has to be in professional wrestling style with a clearly worded thread title in the penalty box (i'd prefer it here but they'll move it) and a:
Scal.. he is too good for me.. I made him his own topic. There he will teach me the finer arts of NBA betting. I hope you will tail him for the sake of your own bankroll. Did you read his analysis of that cleveland game? How can I possibly top that.
Here [QUOTE]
go ahead take your points...... Cavs have to put up like 90 shots to even be relevent in this game.... LMAO.... while Brooklyn shuts opponents down to 77-78 shots a game.... hi dummy.... do your research..... Cavs need to shoot like 50% to evne be relevelent if they want to compete in this game.... THEY FECKIN CANT...... its physically impossible unless brooklyn decides not to show up..... HENCE..... ITS A BAD FECKIN MATCH UP.... jesus christ.... pay attention....
This guy should write Articles for the covers homepage. I am but a mere mortal with good days and bad days. I can't top this.

Do you understand that Cleveland, were 3 shots away of destroying the fundamentals of reality? That's why you me and everyone else on this forum, can never beat this guy... he knows more than we do...

Sigh. I had a super long post deleted by some random advert that popped up. Oh well, guess I will take another crack at it.
First off, my apologies for the delayed response. I was already at work and it was a very tiresome and late evening last night. Too bad I didn't get to you earlier as I could have made you money. More on that in a bit.
Ya know, I used to be on Nietzsche's side for a good run of my life. Raised catholic then turned atheist at thirteen, I was trying to convince the world that I was right. Logically speaking, everything was random. Pure coincidence. Then nine years ago, I had my awakening moment. In a span of thirty seconds, I was shown Infinity. Literally. I talked to the Creation. Ever since then my spirituality has been one of the most important thing to me. My thirst for knowledge is endless and the further you choose to go, the further your abilities develop.
In the end, I have concluded that Nietzsche's proposal of cosmic purposelessness is a farce. It is because of the depths that I have seen that bring me to that understanding. If there was no purpose, there would be no point of anything existing. This conversation would never happen. It all has purpose.
The reason I am in the industry correlates to why I am on the planet. I call it "Project Invisible" but that is a massive story for another time. Being in the industry, you get quite the opportunity to touch souls. I see anywhere from 700 to 1000 people a day. There is a lot of impact that can be done in an hour. Now I am fully respectful of Free Will. People have the right to be ignorant or to be intelligent. That is not for me to decide. But the people who seek something more, that's where I come in. Outside of work, I life coach, teach meditation, metaphysics and energy work just to name a few things. All of that I do for free. I haven't found a better way to meet larger groups of people than this.
I would speculate that I have had twenty five non-restaurant related jobs. None of them were for me and certainly, 9-5 isn't conducive to my lifestyle. I have many mantras in life and one of them is "Don't deny who you are". Money doesn't define anyone. You are born without it and you die without it (though death like many things in this existence is a true illusion).
Since we have talked much about my work, can you tell me what you do? And perhaps shed a bit of light on how you have come to your philosophical understandings? It is far and few between I get to have conversation on "my level".
As far as Dayton goes, I have been watching them for the last four years though only capping them beginning at the end of 2013 as that was when I got back into sport betting. Their center Matt Kavanaugh is the cousin of the GM I used to work for. He was obsessed with watching their games and for the last three years I pretty much saw all of them. Matt who has now played his last game as a senior reminds me a lot of my game though at 6'11" he had a good four to five inches on me. Once I got back into it, I did pretty well on their games. I had them beating Ohio State, not Syracuse but I did have the points in both games. Ten against Florida was quite a different story. But they had not seen a defense like them all year. I posted in the CBB forum that if they got to 50 for the game, that would be lucky. Because of that, I pounded the under and re-bet the second half under. Worked out pretty well. Too bad I couldn't catch you beforehand.

Scal: Thought of you when I loaded up on the Cavs. I hadn't realized they were 8-1 ats going into their last game. So your long write-up for the last game made me more aware of betting on them today. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!
