w/o shumpert the knicks will have to score more points, that means more shot attempts, earlier in the clock

this will be an extremely high scoring game with the knicks only good defensive player out, huge huge mismatch at the point, with mavs on rest and a full and healthy lineup, i.e., chandler plays, they hit 110 easy peazy
they are also a pretty good defensive team
Melo doesn't care anymore, just cares about the stat sheet, if he hits shots it will sail over 202 imho, i see that as 2-3 points lower than the true line and expect it to hit 210

Its also a fact that most teams have a certain letdown mentality when playing a team with a star player out. The Knicks went out and actually played as a "TEAM" and obviously Dallas was in that letdown mode. So now the Knicks are confident that they can hang with Dallas, even more so now that their star player is back. Not so fast my friend. Fact is the Knicks are not a "TEAM" when Melo is playing. Dallas will not over look or have a let down in this game, especially knowing that Melo should play and what happened in last game.
