It's a shame that the people here are reasoning out that the game is fixed because all the money is on JRU. I placed a bet on JRU and I think we should give credit where it is most due. These LPU Pirates are playing their hearts out. They are winning the game not because of game fixing but because of their desire to win. If eventually JRU wins the game and covers, good for them and the bettors. If not, let's just accept the fact that LPU played with bigger hearts.

comn guys, we all know most of the ncaa games are fixed. i know a guy whose a player in csb, betting on their games. so there is no doubt others players also do, there is nothing wrong when bettors say it is fixed, and we all accept the fact that it is, we are just on the wrong side. no such thing as playing their hearts out by lpu, this team do sell games too, just not today

Well sir, I pity you. If you think every game is fixed then you clearly should not bet anymore. Are you watching the game, sir? Are you watching how the LPU Pirates are playing? Have you seen all te clutch shots? If you equate every loss to game fixing then you have no appreciation for basketball.

if you bet because of your appreciation for basketball, then maybe you are the whose got problems :)
No. I bet because I want to win money. It's as simple as that. But there is a striking difference between us, sir. I know how to appreciate the beauty of basketball. I know what "bilog ang bola" means. I can accept the fact that there will be times where the UEs or the LPUs can beat the powerhouses like the Ateneos or the JRUs. And this is where I show my appreciation for this sport; that I am open to the fact that everyone has an equal chance of winning a game. That not every loss is because of game fixing, just like what you are accusing. I know for the fact that there is game fixing here and in all honesty, it disgusts me to death. But what irked me the most is when you said there isn't a possibility of a super underdog team to win a game because "there's no such thing as playing with a bigger heart". In short, you have a crooked perception of the game of basketball. Not every Goliath can slay David, sir. That's what I've learned from the sport that I love the most.
