Here's how it will play out.

Petron is assured to place 3rd (possibly second if Petron wins and Rain or Shine loses to Air21). A tie at 10-4 will force another match for the second spot (also twice to beat).

Meralco with a lose will be tied with Global Port at the bottom (possibly with either Alaska or Barako depending on the result of their Sunday match).

Meralco is playing with a lot more motivation here. A win could pretty much keep them away from playing against a twice-to-beat-disadvantage.

AIR is done. A win by ROS means they take the second spot and a twice to beat advantage here.
