This statement is not even logical.
If you are surrounded by DUDs, then how can you make them better? He cannot make "Z" quicker or the back court taller.....but you are correct...even with DUDs...LBJ made it to the Finals when I do not think other NBA greats in todays game could take that team to the Finals and this year they managed to get 66 wins with the NOW obvious weaknesses that Cavs management must address.
These weaknesses on the Cavs roster to me stregthens my debate that LBJ is a great one......as soon as he gets a taller all star (thats not over 37 yrs old) on the team then the league and laker backers will no longer be blind to how good he really is.

My knock to you was that you said Kobe was an offensive player with a nasty jumper. He is an amazing defensive player, that is a fact. I felt that you didn't give him his credit for his amazing defense. That was my beef. Kobe > Jordan, Bogues > Kobe, I dont care, thats not what I was arguing, for the record MJ > KOBE, LBJ.
As for the dud comment. When your team has a PG that is not a big assist guy, and has a bunch of duds, who do you think will have the ball in his hands 90% of the time? I am not a hater. I know LBJ is great. I also know he will win a title or two or three in his career. I also believe if he gets his ft% in the 84% range and develops a solid mid range jumper he will be unstoppable and the greatest of all time. Can we wait for him to become a champion and get his ft% up, and develop that jumper before we compare him to them? [MJ, Kobe].
