I'm not as hard as Yanks, but he's right. I've seen enough Sixers and Bobcats games to know the 3Q is a sprint and then the 4Q is a dogfight. 

The 4Q is ALWAYS (ok, almost always) slower than the 3Q esp if the game is close.  Neither team gives an inch and every possession takes 15-20 seconds.
