It's unsettling that the supporting cast for L.A. is shooting 50% while Kobe's been the weak link shooting 4-11 with no free throw attempts.

If I'm going to consider taking a team at halftime after they got killed in the 1st half, I want to make sure I saw some kind of encouraging sign near the end of the half.  The Blazers showed us none.  A terrible 1st quarter followed by an even worse 2nd quarter.

No.  I already have Sacramento on the moneyline, and I don't trust them enough to pad that wager with a 2nd half bet on Sacramento +6.  But, if some book wants to tempt me with +7.......

Yeah they did look pretty bad but I can't see a FG% discrepancy of 53%-34% again this half, those #'s should get closer and 66% to 18% from 3 is off the charts. Laying -4.5 with a good home team with a good crowd when they get going at + money might be enough to get me to bite.

Phoenix also plays in Denver tomorrow night while Portland doesn;t play again until Friday so the PHX starters might ride the pine near the end.

And on that note...I will take Over 110.5 2nd half. I definitely see this as a close game with free throws determining the game down the stretch. I'm also with you on the Kings but got a crappy line in +5.5. Thanks Bator....

Lakers were so lucky to get bailed out there at end of the 3rd quarter.  K-Mart missed a layup that went in, then out, then in, and finallly out.  Jordan Farmar wound up scrambling to get over midcourt with 2 seconds left and a collision sent two players tumbling and put Farmar at the free throw line for a gift two points. 
 
I can't believe that giant stiff Lamar Odom swished a 3-pointer a couple minutes ago.  Guy in his face and everything.
