15 minutes, before game starts, is a good time to use for the closing line...after that any line changes are between books trying to balance their accounts...

I am changing my above statement to most line changes in the last 15 minutes are books balancing their accounts...sometimes there is a late steam action play...but that is rare

Its very simple

if the team is if a team is +1 +1.5 +2 +2.5 -3 -3.5 -4 you take them to win in 1stQ

Been hitting 68 percent on the time since Jan 1st

You mean if the team is +1 +1.5 +2 +2.5 -3 -3.5 -4 for the game, or for the 1st Q?

The line +1- (-4) is for the game . You bet that team for the 1st Qt.
