If you want tix to see "The Wall" you'd better act fast......

 All the presales are going fast...........I got 4 good tix to the tune of about $900...........but 4 seats in my section are already being put on ebay/stubhub for over $4000.

 You need an AMEX to score some good seats right now........

How'd everyone do? Get the seats you wanted? There's still some good ones left before the GP gets a crack at them...........try a local radio promotion for presales.....

Too high priced for my blood in Dallas.  Even the nosebleed section is too high.

 I ended up with 3 pairs of tix for the Seattle show (Tacoma dome) & 1 pair for Vancouver. As soon as the shows sell out they'll be as good as gold.

dhop........many have said that seats further back from the stage may be better for the overall effect of the show. The wall (on stage) is going to be 240 ft. wide & 35 ft high..........& there will be a surround sound setup, so any seats back towards the center of the arena should be pretty good actually.

Mugg, thanks for the info, as I was getty a little anxious about being late for getting something decent as I've been very looking forward to sreeing one of the coolest dudes to walk this planet, Roger Waters......and capture the experience. I anticipate that it will be the best show I've ever seen, and i've seen quite a few, not as many as you and others, but some greats.......

I think it will be much easier when he comes to Denmark. Last time i had no problems at all getting good tickets.

Mikael...........I could've gotten stellar seats in the 1st five rows right in front of the stage.............for $700/each...........& that's not scalper prices either, that's a "VIP package" which I wasn't willing to pay for. Getting good seats is no problem..........it's getting the best seats for your $$. But make no mistake, this is a "can't miss" event, so almost any seat will do.

 There's been some weird shit going on with the tix sales...........all kinds of presales, special packages, now the remaining premium seats are being sold (by TM) as "Platinum seats" @ elevated prices............it's BS.

Won't be the same Floyd without David Gilmour!

 It wasn't the same Floyd without Waters...........been that way for 25 years now.

With the bigger audience and limited tickets in USA i think that is why it is harder for you guys.

Roger Waters are also popular in Denmark but his "Dark Side of the Moon" concerts here where not sold out and if memmory serves me correct i bought a standing ticket on the grass in front of the stage for something like 100-120 dollars.

I imagine it will be something like the same when he do his euro tour. (well i hope it is )

 Could be Mikael.........he has added about 10 more shows, so there are multiple cities with more than one show. I hope the ticket sales goes a bit better for you all over there.

Sorry MUGG....at $250 a pop (at least) for the Vegas show, it ain't happenin' here. 

Waters and Pink Floyd are one of my all time favorites.  Any formation of Pink Floyd has been on my very short list "....of bands I've never seen and that if they come around again I'm definitely going."

Rush is on that list too, soon to off the list as I'm going to see Rush in August at the same place, MGM. 

Tickets are always more for Vegas shows, any band, but fucking $250 is out of control.  And, I'm not poor mouthing, I could pony up for it, but I simply will not for that kind of price.  That's why Paul McCartney is on the same list. 

I'm sure it will be awesome, to be honest, I'm bummed about the price because if it were even a little less, I'd probably go.

And, just for the record, there are cheaper seats for sale, but I've seen shows at the MGM in the shitty seats and it sucks ass, not worth 5 bucks if you ask me.

 I'm with you MWC. The tix price range up here was $77-$201..........for the most part. If you wanted seats in the 1st 15 rows anywhere near the stage you had to buy either a VIP ticket or a premium seat package which went for $700 & $451, respectively. I wasn't gonna do that. As big of a fan as I am I had to draw the line somewhere. And the way they went about this whole fiasco.........amex presale, itunes presale, local radio stations presale, roger waters.com presale...........was a crock of crap. After a week of presales, any of the remaining  $451-$700 seats were put for around $250+............TM sucks. I bought six $201 tix & paid like $237 for each after all their damn fees. I wanted to get some extras in case some friends decided they want to go..........if not I'll try to make my extra 4 pay for the 2 that I use. Not sure about Vancouver yet..........

 Crus...........the tix prices vary depending on where you are. Some had seats for as low as $55 & as high as $250.

Yeah, freakin' Ticketbastard.  Evil or all evils.  Anyhow, tickets prices for this show are $75, $125 and $250.

I looked again on the Ticketmaster website, and from what I can tell, all the $75 and $125 tickets are sold out.  That should tell you something right there - the people have spoken.  I did a "Best Available" search for one ticket and was offered a $250 ticket, First tier of seating, but toward the back, behind the soundboard - damn, and these are $250's?

I know, I know all those pre-sale deals have eaten all the good seats, and that whole thing is weird as well. 

Oh well, I'm not bitching really, I'm sure it'll be a good show.  There are always tickets floating around Las Vegas......

got a pair of tix for the St. Louis show. $99 each lower risers, after ticketbastard fees total was $115 each.  taking my girl.

Roger Waters have announced a 30 trip in Europe in 2011. From what i can gather it will be a stadium tour.

He will be playing in Copenhagen at Parken Stadium saterday may 7 2011.

The concert will start with the wall broken down. Then during the first set pieces will be added until the wall is rebuilt.In the 2 set the wall will all finished and Waters have pictures and videographics to illustrate the music and the songs. These will be projected up on a 800 m2 wall.
