LOST fans

Jack didn't go to the dark side. I think that he is getting wise.  He knows "Locke" is bad and he knows if "Locke" wants them to leave the island, they should probably stay.

I may have to watch the episode again, as it blew a couple of my theories (a/k/a wild guesses) out of the water.

How did Smokie take the form of Isabella when he was trying to trick Ricardos?  I was under the impression he could only do that w the dead people on the island (John Locke, Christian Shepard and I think Eko's bro).

Yeah I know, but doesn't answer my question of MIB being in Isabella form esp. since her body would have been buried on Canary Islands somewhere.

he could take the form of anybody he wants as long they are dead. the only he could have taken their form for good was if the body was on the island.  he decided to take locke's for whatever reason and now is stuck in that body for good

I think that MIB was able to get a locket of Isabella's.   It appears that he either needs a body, or something possessed by the person whose form he wants to take.  Or something.

This is the first time in a long time that i am utterly speechless.  I had a feeling Sayid would be dead before the finale but Sun and Jin I am shocked.  What an end to two great characters. 

no doubt in my mind Sayid would be dead.....surprised it took this long to be honest.......yet he went out as a "good guy" ....saving the rest

Sun and Jin could have died in Season 2....and I for one, would not have cared


water effects MIB....IMO  it effects how he can, or can NOT,  change  to the smoke monster.....it eventually will lead to his demise

this series is playing out as many thought it might IMO............Sawyer caused the deaths of all of those on the sub......solely b/c of his lack of faith in Jack...........which will lead to their continued, and maybe permanent feud.........closer to that scene  with Jack and Sawyer on the beach at the end then ever

Hell of an episode! Can't believe they killed off Sayid, Jin, and sun in one episode. Maybe Jin escaped at the last minute again. Once his hand was released by a dying Sun, he made it out of the sub with sheer determination to raise his daughter

there have only been two episodes of LOST that i did not like (tail section eps.) But i can add number 3 to the list.  I have been waiting for this episode all season and i am really disappointed. this could have been a great episode to truly learn about the island and get some definitive answers but we are now left with even bigger ones. with 2 eps remaining, this ending better be out of this world

I know it answered some things but those answers led to more questions.

Interesting show. Blows my mind that MIB was not the first Smoke Monster and that it was he who was supposed to be the guardian of the island. Who was the fake mother, how did she get to the island, and how did she learn of the powers of the island? Plus, she seemed pretty comfortable in her evil ways.

Coulda been Jacob and MIB's fake mom was the smoke monster.

thats why she said thank you when MIB stabbed her.

 

also when the fake mom knocked out MIB when she went to see him, she massacred the all of MIB's friends......... how else could one old woman take out that entire village?

The second after i typed that everything you said popped into my mind. you are defiantly correct. not to mention that in a previous episodes we saw the hieroglyphics that showed the smoke monster being worshiped.
