Something to watch for in Spring Training. There will be value for the first month or two, if you can spot them early. I feel confident the Covers team can put together a pretty good list and drill down from there.

Once the spring training games get going I think this will be a more relevant discussion. I still need to do more research but I thought this would be something worth watching for during the exhibition games.
Zack won me a lot of the first two months of the season and had decent value up until he found himself on the cover of SI.

Anderson (Oakland), he was rediculous in the second half of last year and you got to assume that the A's will be underdogs in the majority of their games especially early.
Another guy that i'm gonna be backing all year is Anibal Sanchez. The guy was incredibly unlucky last year. His numbers should be much better this year.
Also, Shaun Marcum depending on his health especially early in the season

Can't wait for a daily babes thread. Agree with your sentiments about the D-Backs as well. Their pen is still scary even with M. Gonzalez closing. He can be an adventure, plus he has never pitched in the AL before (?). This might be a 1st 5 inning team that will pad your wallet. J.Johnson is solid, Meredeth can be effective as long as your protect him against LH hitters. Know anything about the Japanese guy they signed?
