Boyd has been terrible since the All Star break, allowing 17 ER in 25 IP. Lots of walks, and lots of HRs. Rodriguez has been really good, but the Cubs offense is the best in the biz against LHP. Snakes pen is bottom third in the league too. It is get-away day for both teams, but both are right in the middle of the playoff race so I don't foresee anyone trying to get out of here quickly today.
Cleveland Guardians -1.5 +115
The Angels don't hit lefties, and Cantillo has been REALLY good lately, not allowing more than 2 ER in any of his previous 5 starts. The Guards also average over 5 runs/game when he starts. They've won 6 straight and 8 of 10. Starting to play good baseball at the right time. Trout and his guys are already looking ahead to October tee time at Trout National.

They are going to lose eventually, but with Dobnak on the hill, I like the odds here. He hasn't given up a run in his last two starts. His offense is hummin right now. Can't say the same about the Jays. When Miles starts for the Jays, things don't go well, and his offense isn't good enough to keep up with how bad he is.
Orioles/Cardinals Over 8.5 -105
I think I'm just going to play every Cardinals over for the rest of the year. Maybe not literally, but it's going to be quite a bit. The bullpen is AAA level.
