 Anything can happen of course but it's a lot easier to get moossed on an under than an over. Look what happened last night in the red sox/yankees game.

I've seen this kind of weather in the city before, the REAL heat, but more importantly after a long mild stretch. June has been really nice, barely used the AC all month.

Today, there was energy in the air. People were louder than usual, shit is about to pop.

The ball will fly, pitchers will die.

Canning sucks but the Cubs could easily biff, probably get minimal damage on him.

Manny Machado hitting .186 at midseason . I don't know if he gets to .200 by the end of the year.

The juice on the under is -115. Have to think the public is going there after getting destroyed on the over yesterday, including myself, square as it gets.

If I play this though, I need to be sure of a few things.

Did you know, that the Padres are the worst ground ball pitcher hitting team in the mlb? And Boyd's GB rate is great this season. But, they have touched up Boyd already once this year. Plating 5 runs in 4 innings back in April, in San Diego. 

The Cubs aren't the best fly ball pitcher hitting team, they love ground ballers. Sears is a fly ball guy. Will it matter? Hard to say, he's such a gas can against anyone. 

He's only had 1 game in the bigs this year. In 14 games for AAA El Paso this year he's posted a 7.92 era.
