Nice night 165, would've been a lot nicer if the fuckin Rays could've scored another in the 8th.  GL tomorrow.

165 ~~ GREAT CALL with the Marlins, man.


I know how it feels to make a call like that. One game, Brewers and Padres, I think, can't recall at the moment, but the Brewers were +240 underdogs, but I got that they would not only win, but win by one run.


So I told the incredulous ticket agent that this would happen and I put a half a unit on the Brewers. The Brewers won by one run. I really enjoyed that win.


But then there were tons of calls that I missed by a damn mile. Those can be tough.


I agree with your philosophy, 165 and am applying them; I've seen other professional, successful gamblers say the same things.


I'm on a 7-2 win run, so I'm recovering my money very nicely. The two losses were due to the frikk'n GUARANTEED PICKS that I had bought. Sheesh. Seven of my own picks win and the only two losses were from the Guaranteed Picks? I never expected THAT to happen!


I've bought four Guaranteed Picks and two have won, two have lost. But I'll keep on buying them, as I'm learning a lot by reading what they have to say in those picks, as opposed to what they say in the free picks. I wanted to see if the picks were any different.


Again, like many others on this forum, I appreciate your sharing your good betting philosophy.

Grabbed the over on this game large as it was just 8.5 with these pitcher's high era's. Laid off the Marlins though because they screwed me a few days ago (8-3 I think) and came in by one last night.
