The only reasoning I can come up with on the NYY line is that they've lost 5 straight to Boston, the public has to have favored them in the majority of those games, and now oddsmakers are trying to scare off NYY money.

I'm not playing the game, but an angle to consider.

noooo wayyyy...if anything their embracing nyy money..who wouldnt be on the yanks with cc on the mound after a loss avoiding the sweep..if they were trying to scare off nyy money..cc wud be -135 -140ish..cc was -130 last tme they saw each other..now hes -120?

St Louis starting pitcher has an 8+ ERA.... but appears to be obviously inflated... explains the short line

What's up hitterno? Agree with NYY and JJs lines have been short all year....

Joe Pub usually only remembers the last thing he saw.

He's seen Boston destroy NYY two nights in a row, and 5 times dating back to the last series.

Just an angle; not saying it's the correct one, but Joe Pub may like Boston right now if he's lost 2 nights on NYY.

just leans for me as well..but we are talking about the most inflated line public pitcher in all of baseball at -120...that lines begging u to please take the yankees

Wonder what the Reds Giants ML will look like later tonight/tomorrow morning.

Not going to touch this one yet.  Will definitely needs to see how Bomgardner looks tomorrow before wagering on games 2,3,4 of the set.

ATL V FLA, O/U (7.5 @-115) UNDER...I know its top for Consensus Under, but here's why. ATL avg vs Volstad (McCann .167, Jones .222, A. Gonzalez .143). Stanton and Sanchez are 0-10 against Jurrjens. Coghlan and Bonifacio can hit him but can't make up 8 right? 2 Duels in the series so far...make it 3? UGGLA mean 'Owl' in Swedish. Not a lock, but...do you have a better idea?

dude the guy started one game and cruised threw 4 innings then huff got em for a 3 run blast i think. and then gave up a run or two more but he didnt look that bad. it was his first game in the majors.

The Dbacks/Pirates under 7.5 looks tempting (hopefully it goes to 8)... Two pitchers that aren't well known but can actually pitch a little bit.
Collmenter (1 over/4 unders) vs Karstens (5 over/4 under) are hovering at a 2.00 over their last 18 innings-- both teams have under tendencies (o/u ratio favors under for both sides)... the only scary part is the last 8 meetings the over is 6-2... but I'll go with Karstens-- back in 2008 he tossed a complete game shutout against the Dbacks (name that Dback pitcher)? lol
