I'll have to look at it. At first impression, the under seems solid. I'm not a fan of Outman's stuff though. I've read some crazy trends in this thread about the A's/Phillies Unders though. I believe this is either an Under or no play for sure. If someone spikes the over and gets lucky then tries to act like they are the king pin, well, good for them.

Halladay ERA 2.25 L3, 22k's 2bb L3...Outman ERA 1.89 L3. OAK .201 AVG L7 .223 Road .228 V RHP (who aren't Halladay)..PHI .224 AVG L7 .237 AVG V LHP...Either way it's gambling, why not gamble smart??? Find some better value and I'M IN!!!...Lets Make Some Money!!

This is Philadelphia's first time seeing Outman, correct? Does anyone have the Phillies numbers when facing a pitcher for the first time?
