Mr B made the case for the PHILLIES dominating this series and yet he wagered on the DBAX. Even the greatest cappers often out think themselves, I call it the Kyle Shanahan effect.

I like this. The D-Backs in Game 3 is growing more palatable to me with each additional run that crosses home plate.

I Respect MrBator immensely..and I would like to believe, as he has done in the past and as has anyone that has been IN THE GAME  for more than a minute, he will admit here that several of his MLB playoff game selections have not just been near misses but completely awful misreads..i mean just no chance flat out brutal calls...

I know I've made several myself..including some recently... but I've also noticed less humility and more defensive posture lately by most long time regulars...and I wonder what and how the new gambling Omni present environment and atmosphere has to do with it....let's all just try to keep it real...for good or bad..BOL all

I can think of one. I bet the Braves on the reverse runlien -1.5 +175 in Game 3 against the Phillies. I redeemed myself in the next game by betting the same amount on the Phillies +140.

What were the other completely awful misreads that were just no chance flat out brutal calls?

Like a video game.  If you weren't headed in the right direction you wouldn't have so much opposition.  Your comments yesterday in this thread steered me to play Philly and the over.
