This is a clean plus-money position. Rasmussen gives Tampa the starting-pitching edge, and Cleveland's current roster has done almost nothing against him: no extra-base hits and very little hard contact. On the other side, the Rays have seen Gavin Williams well, with Yandy Diaz, Aranda, Caminero, and Palacios all giving Tampa real traffic upside. Add in Cleveland's recent scoring slump and Tampa's six-game heater, and the market is leaving value on the better pitcher, better offense, and hotter club. At +102, this number is too soft.
