TXRangers will have to answer to it... He started this thread.. He deserves your response...
I can only answer from the objective observer as a Baseball Fan that Trout's talents have deteriorated meaningfully over the years. And it started in the prime of his career at age 29 !!!!

Like you said, you live in SoCal, you know Mike Trout better than any of us. He is never on national TV because the Angels suck. The Angels owner hasn't got anything of value in return for having trout on his team. They can't even get a Sunday night baseball game to show off their beautiful stadium and weather. All of your posts are excellent on my thread. You know Mike Trout the best. And like you said, he has been deteriorating since his prime when he was 29. Actually, a few years before that. I appreciate your post. They are ALL spot on.

Your post 626 was excellent that Mike Trout fans and the media don't want to read because they don't want to face reality. "As a baseball fan, trouts talents has deteriorated meaningfully over the years. And it started in his prime"!!!! Thank you dude. You know exactly what you're talking about because you live in SoCal and you know trout better than all of us.

You want me to specify more? Uh, 600 strikeouts, 430 hits, 245 average the last 7 seasons including this one. What else can I say? Well, I can say this. Without the Yankee Series in which there were 22 home runs hit, IN WHICH HIS FANS AND THE MEDIA WON'T MENTION BECAUSE THE BALL WAS FLYING OUT OF THE BALLPARK EVEN THE BAT BOY WAS HITTING HOME RUNS DURING BATTING PRACTICE, but y'all won't mention that! Take those 4 days away. And trout is having his worst season of his career, well besides last year, but y'all WON'T talk about that either. Take the 4 days away in New York, and he is having a horrendous season. Matter of fact, he's having a horrendous season with those 4 magical days in New York where the ball was flying out of the ballpark where 22 home run were hit

Let me ask you a simple question and let's see if you know baseball. You're not going to answer it, but I'll ask it anyway. How many home runs were hit during the Yankees Angels series?

So dude. Answer my questions please. How many home runs were hit during the Yankees - Angels series? And, was the wind blowing out? I'll wait for your answer, even though you're not going to answer me because you are another axiomatically disillusional Mike Trout fan who thinks he's a superstar. Even with those 4 magical days, he's having one of the worst seasons in his career. Besides last year of course, but you don't want to talk about that. You don't want to talk about last year's stats or 2023 stats. And you sure the hell don't want to talk about 22 home runs hit during the Yankees Angels series. But hey, I'm just asking you a simple question. How many home runs were hit during the Yankees Angels series? Was the wind blowing out? Two questions, that moronic Mike Trout fans and the media, don't want to talk about

Roughly 22,000 players have played in the MLB as of today Trouts CAREER BA is better then 98.5%of them .. His on base percentage is better then 99.5 of them ... Do the math he is a lock...Silly to think otherwise...
Be careful with the axe Eugene.

Newsflash ! Those metrics get worse w each passing day.
What does that say about a player whose best days weren't yesterday, but more than 4 years ago , still in his prime !
When it's all said and done.... nobody will have negatively contributed to his team w more strikeouts than hits, AND never done anything in the postseason for his team, than Trout. Oh, but all those walks and OPS. Gimme a break . Getting into the HOF is all about YOUR production ( i.e. Triple Crown Metrics). Hits, RBIs, BA
You newbies are infatuated w the wrong metrics on what it means to be a HOF baseball player.

Newbies......I sure do wish I was...Hint... I attended games at Forbes Field when they still left the batting cages up against the fence in center field because how far it was to there.. If you do not think he is getting into the HOF you my friend IMO will learn something when he retires... Its a lock...

Got the Typical odds for a 2+ strikeout prop, odds are often closer to:
+120 to +250 depending on
~ +180 odds +28.8 and -26 = +2.8 YTD
11 games in May and 10 with at least 1K
25 games in April and 15 with at least 1K
6 games in March and 4 with at least 1k
Got the Typical odds look something like:
Over 0.5 strikeouts: around -180 to -300
Under 0.5 strikeouts: around +140 to +220
~ -240 odds +29 and -31.2 = -2.2 YTD
Is this really profitable? Is there really any sort of edge here?
Maybe if you can isolate how he does against a particular pitcher or something.
Just looking at the average expected odds it appears the books have this adjusted about right for someone to lose money on this prop over the year if they simply bet it blindly.

Grabbed the game logs off of StatMuse:
11 games in May and 7 multiple strikeout games.
25 games in April and 7 multiple strikeout games.
6 games in March and 2 multiple strikeout games.

You're missing the whole concept. I'll tell you how it works. He struck out 178 times last year, when he strikes out one time, you push, that's where the money adds up. Think about it.
I had to go back to the beginning to read and catch more info.
I thought at one strike out you win? What book are you using?

That's because this website is full of a bunch of kids who doesn't know anything about gambling. I posted stuff wrong to see if people would catch it?? To prove my point about Mike Trout and these little kids on this website. I also mentioned this before. I know this thread is long because this thread is awesome. But I said this a few pages ago. STRIKEOUT PROPS DOESN'T HAVE PUSHES. And little kids on this website doesn't even know this because they don't know shit about gambling. I posted it several times. AND THIS IS THE REASON WHY I DON'T POST MY NUMBERS BECAUSE ALL THE LITTLE KIDS HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT ANYWAY. But it's there. It's a few pages back. But I talked about how STRIKEOUT PROPS DOESN'T HAVE PUSHES. With 1 SO, it's a win. You see, I like to make Mike Trout fans look like idiots. No one ever actually went and looked at the odds or how it worked because if they did. THEY WOULD KNOW HOW IT ACTUALLY WORKED? Anyways, Mike Trout sucks and so do his fans and the media who thinks he's great

And for the record, take away the 4 magical days in New York where there were 22 home runs hit with the wind blowing out, even the ball boy was hitting home runs during BP. And these are the great Mike Trout numbers for the year. Take away the 4 magical days with the wind; blowing out in which his fans or the media won't mention. 40 games, .238 avg, 32 hits, 46 k's, 6 HR 15 RBI's. But I know, I know, his metrics are great. He is flourishing his team in the first place. Pitchers pitch around him because they are scared. LOL. Of course I'm being sarcastic. Mike Trout sucks, like the best poster on here who actually knows him the best because he lives in SoCal says. His talents has deteriorated meaningfully since he was 29 while in his prime. But I know I know. Blah blah blah, he's great, every general manager is trying to trade for him. LOL. Mike Trout is a worthless baseball player and the Angels owner has had ZERO revenue from having him on his team. They can't even get a Sunday night baseball game to show off their beautiful stadium and weather. But his fans and media won't talk about that. They think the angels won't trade him when actually it's the other way around. THEY DON'T TRADE HIM, BECAUSE NO ONE WANTS HIM!!!!!!

Take away the 4 magical days in New York where the ball was obviously flying out of the ballpark for 22 home runs hit but his fans and the media won't mention this. Take away those 4 days. 238 average. Even with those 4 magical days he's having another mediocre/bad season. I can't wait when the season is over to hear the trout fans give excuses on why he hit 240 again, with 111 hits, 190 strikeouts. Oh, and his team in last place. But I know, I know, his metrics make him a Hall of famer. He can't hit 240, and Lord have mercy he can't have ONE season in the last decade where he's had more hits than strikeouts in a season. But he's great, LOL. What's the use of metrics? WHEN YOU CAN'T HIT THE BASEBALL. But I'm still curious about one more other thing. WHY CAN'T THE GREAT MIKE TROUT WIN A GOLD GLOVE? He can't win a lot of things. But what's up with the gold glove??? I thought he was a superstar, I thought he was a great center fielder? Obviously not!!!

That's it guys, I'm done for a while. I keep proving my point to the Mike Trout idiotic fans and to the media who thinks he's great. Anyways, keep making those strikeout prop bets. Because it's 100% trout will strike out practically on a daily basis. And how about those Cleveland Cavaliers? I told you guys take Cavaliers Series money line when it started. I'm out! And once again. I don't have a problem with trout, he's a good dude, good to the fans and the media, a Christian. IT'S HIS FANS WHO I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH WHO THINKS HE'S GREAT. AND THE MEDIA, WHO THINKS HE'S GREAT. HE HAS BEEN A WORTHLESS BASEBALL PLAYER FOR THE PAST DECADE. See y'all later!
