At 68 pitches with a 6-0 lead, I think Misiorowski likely goes 7 innings.

Miz  went from 68 pitches to 74 pitches, so he threw only 6 pitches in the seventh inning.

 

That is ridiculous efficiency. Six-pitch inning, still sitting around 102, and now Milwaukee only needs six outs from either him or the bullpen with a 6-0 lead.
