Well...it's not like that in basketball. Not like that in football. Hockey and Soccer are different in the fact that I don't consider them "sports"(especially Soccer because anything that you can have a tie in can't be a sport).

Not in as many ways as Soccer...but it's just my opinion. Obviously it's a "sport", but my deffinition of "sport" is one in which I enjoy. Hockey doesn't bring me enjoyment like potential high scoring sports do. But like I said...it's just my opinion. Don't take it personal.

I go by more of a George Carlin theory. I don't consider horse racing a sport because the animals are doing the work. I don't consider track a sport because it's running. As George Carlin once said, you can run to the store but does that make it a sport?

Well...what happened was, there were about 6 games all season that got be interested and I won all 6. I like the revenge factor. Hey...I bet on Soccer, horse racing and WNBA too...doesn't mean I like it.

Once every what...? 6 years? Soccer there are at least 20 ties on a full slate of games on the weekend. 30 ties today...what is that?

hockey does get the edge over Soccer, Rugby, WNBA, Horse Racing(except the big ones). For what it's worth.
