I need one of those types of finishes to this game that always happens against me........

 

You know - the one where your team is winning by a couple runs, the manager decides to take out the starter who is dominating...then the other team scores a couple runs, sends the game to extras, and then you lose.  I need that to happen FOR me tonight..

I find that funny too.  Crawford has been up with runners in scoring position every at bat but the first at bat in the bottom of the first and hell could even sac fly a couple RBIs in but flat brutal so far this season (albeit short season so far).  BOL!

Beckett with 10Ks tonight, and making it look easy.......2 balls into the outfield by the Yanks.  They look like they were just ready to pack it up and get to their next series. 

Valentine says this might be as good as he has EVER seen Beckett.  It fucking figures.......

I got to say (never tought would this year, but..) Becket have been solid, but this is just pathetic by the Yanks lineup -- they even makes it easier for him and keeping his pitch count down all night...
Who would have seen a possible complete game shutout with 10 K's and only 2 hits from Beckett this year vs any tema??

Haha this is a game where Yankees pitchers getting squeezed and Boston getting pitches out of zone.  Usually it is the other way.  We see how great this Yankee offense is when they have a strike zone like everyone else.
