why are they the best team, because ESPN says so, Phillies were 97-65 and the Reds were 91-71, 6 game difference.
Not saying they arnt good, cause they are, very good. But damn to think that we cant be Roy Oswalt for the 3rd time this season is silly, or beat Cole Hamels, we already beat Halladay once this season, and almost a second time. Volquez and Halladay have the same amount of playoff experience, (dont worry im not comparing them to one another stats wise).
Its not impossible, unfortunately i like the phillies to be in the WS again. Just saying crazier shit has happened.

Or when they boo santa clause, or AI, or Kobe because hes from Philly but plays in LA, or Michael Irvin when he gets a career ending neck injury on the shitty turf field. Philly blows my nut so hard I came already

Oh anything can happen, But IMO it wont... As far as best in baseball goes, who is playing better right now? When does it matter most to be playing your best baseball? They are just in a zone right now that takes them through the playoffs very easy IMO. You wouldnt say the Phillies are the best baseball team right now?? Yeah and 6 games is 6 games... Think thats a good amount of games to be ahead of another team

Yea 6 games is actually pretty close when u consider there are 162 in a season. Yea there hot right now, but the Reds have some guys that are hot right now too. All the pressure is on the Phillies, none on the Reds, they already surpassed expectations when they won game 82. Phils are expected to go to the WS and win it.

See how many ppl are phillies fans when they start taking the downward turn
Wrong, not wrong at all my friend... Bandwagon?? Thats even better, Season tickets for the past 8 years, yeah thats bandwagon all right! And just so you understand what you found on google real quick about jimmy rollins, he said that is what is "BEST" about phillies fans, when you are not playing at your best "They let you know about it" That is what makes "THEM" the best fans in the world...
Next time you try and google "Why are philly fans so bad" do a little research first!!!
I just got my laughs in for the day, thank you!!! I really needed that

ern, youre comparing the Reds numbers to the Phillies numbers who were without 3 or 4 all starts through month look stretches this year. And, Oswalt wasn't even here until July.
And, you think the Reds defense is better because of errors. Wow. I don't even know what to say. Victorino shits all over Stubbs in center. He covers more ground and has a cannon. Gold glove. You say Rolen might win the gold glove. Yeah, maybe, but it will probably be Polanco. Ruiz behind the plate better than anything the Reds have. Both middle infields solid.
You say Arroyo has been here before, yet you forget to mention he has an 8 postseason ERA lol.
I'm done. Ill just bump this after the Phils win the series. Prolly in 4, maybe in 3

Oh, and one last thing. Calling Halladay a rookie and saying he hasn't been that good LMAO.
Dude is going to win the Cy Young and is the first pitcher since 1927 to throw 250 innings while walking fewer than 30 men. And, oh yeah, had a 2.44 ERA. Only Randy Johnson has thrown that many innings with that low of an ERA in the last decade. Oh, and first since early 90's to throw 250 innings in less than 33 starts. Yeah, just average, but Ceuto is awesome! His 7 road ERA is just a fluke!

Well considering thats wat "good" defense is based on fielding% yea looks like a better defense. Hanigan is one of the best defensive catchers and ramon is not terrible. Rolen will win his GG Phillips will win his GG, Votto will be in the running at 1st.
Thats fine Jay Bruce missed a bunch of time, o i know hes not an all star like the precious Utley or Howard, but hes a big part of our offense, o and we have Jonny Gomes playing everyday in left field so its not like were putting out guys that are a whole lot better than wats on the phil bench.
Stubbs can fly fyi, 30 steals, can steal more, hardly ever hits into a DP because he will beat the throw to 1st. I know the ignorance is because you have not seen alot of Reds games, just like everyone else who isnt a Reds fan and thats fine. What I am saying to you is, dont discount what they have done.
No one was giving them a chance during the season, then ppl started to see that they were for real, now no one gives them a shot in the post season so they gotta do it agian. And who knows they could come out and shit the bed, thats a possibility, but I bet they wont, each game will be a good game in this series.
And as far as Dallas goes, we didnt trade our QB to a division rival only for said QB to beat us at home. And I know that Dallas will be at the top of the division when its all over. 1-2 is only a half game out of first if u havnt noticed

Who said Halladay sucked and was a rookie, if your going back to where I said Halladay and Volquez have the same amount of playoff experience then yes that is a fact. 0 would be that answer

I don't watch baseball? I'm here the entire season and could tell you about every team top to bottom. Get the fuck outta here showing up in October when your team makes the playoffs and trying to say I don't know about other teams LMAO. You just lost all credibility. I know every roster up and down. And errors don't mean shit in baseball. The more balls you get to, the more chances for errors you will have. Take a look at zone ratings, UZRs or DRS's of the actual starters throughout the whole year. And, Polanco is going to get the gold glove.
