Fans of every team, especially on a message board do that. A few stick around, regardless, but the majority disappear. Nothing new.

There we go thats all Ive been looking for this whole time, you seem to know them pretty well so ill recant my statement about u not knowing them. All I was looking for was someone to give them there props on how actually good of a team they have been instead of everyone saying its gonna be a sweep and the phils will win each game by 5 runs.
Ill have to go against you on a couple of things, yea Stubbs has struggled all season, but his Sept/Oct numbers are very good, 7 homers and a BA over 300, and just to clear up, most the season phillips was batting lead off, and Stubbs was down in the order. With Stubbs hitting well right now he may be at the top though.
Jay Bruce, yea a very good hitter, sometimes, especially at the end of the year, him and Stubbs are both on fire right now.
Cabrera has been extremely disappointing, hes had a few moments but was hoping for a average closer to 300, but hes been hurt half the season too so who knows.
I know Chapman is young, but also he grew up and pitched in Cuba, so I think that adds a little maturity to him. Also he can dominate lefties with his slider, that thing is gross. And 105 heat.
The rest of our bullpen has been struggling, Rhodes, Cordero all been getting beat around, I think they can get a seventh wind here and see what happens. Masset will be like hes been all year, and my starters like Wood and Bailey will get to be in the bullpen to add to the depth of it.
And I am not comparing the starters, based on their pedigree the phils are better, but I am saying that Cueto and Volquez both have the potential to throw gems, and they have before, so it can be done. Just gonna depend.
All the pressure is on the Phils, like I said earlier the Reds beat expectations by winning game 82 and getting a winning season for the first time in forever. So yea they may lack experience in the postseason, but they are also pressure free, all they have to do is go out and keep doing what theyve been doing and see what happens. Becasue it could happen.

Yes indeed, I lost 300 on the Angels and the line is the same for this series.

I have to really wonder at a post like this.
Philly won 8 of his last 10. He had an ERA of 3.09 for his last 10. He got an average of 5+ runs in support over his last 10, so wasn't required by his offense to be anywhere near perfect in order for his team to grab the W - and with the p.s. looming, why would he therefore dish out his best when not required, instead of saving his best for when it really mattered (namely, IN THE P.S.).
If you are referencing Roy's last 10 starts in order to call the guy overhyped, please stop gambling. I fear for the way you read reality, and how it's going to translate in to unending joy in the future for your book/ie.
