I confess; a bit pizzed off again by my team winning the game but not scoring enough until after the fifth inning! Too much of that this season! Also, I wonder if any of you over bettors paid attention yesterday when I told you Cashman Field in Las Vegas is a hitter’s park? If I helped with that decision, I have something to like about yesterday.
FG – Marlins -122 Gallen/Meyer
Gallen has slipped considerably this season and Meyer is a guy on the uptick, reliable and consistent. The offenses are comparable, but the Marlins are the better run production team.
FG – Athletics +102 Gasser/Ginn
More equality than meets the eye here, but Ginn over Gasser should be a no-brainer, and although both teams hit lefty well, only the A’s face one today.
Play At Your Own Risk.
Now and then even a BLIND squirrel can find an acorn

I was at that game, Homer fest! It is not Cashman field anymore, it is the Las Vegas ballpark in Summerlin.

I sympathize with you friend, s.o.s. for me to yesterday. Many cappers here are suffering and accepting weird results, as if nothing with any sense applies anymore, I hate to sound paranoid, but MLB has accepted many online gambling sites as "partners". Does that have a deeper meaning than what we realize? Many of us are getting near the "enough is enough" term limit. A few guys would hate to see us go, but our mental health may demand it.

Errors combined with multiple walks in an inning. Called strike threes. What happened to protecting the plate with two strikes. That’s what’s been driving me crazy this season. No way you can cap that.

Gone with the analytical wind my friend. They've been taught to still swing hard in a 2 strike count, as SLUG will get you better results over the long run.
I'm not here to argue for it, or against it, it is what it is.
The last player who "choked up" in a 2 strike count was Anthony Rizzo. There were plenty of guys before him who did it. Today we don't see any.
Another thing, remember when the league was full of bad ball hitters? Those dudes who could foul off just about any pitch they wanted to, driving pitchers nuts, including the pitch count.
I mean these assholes would swing at ball 4 maybe 3, up to 6 times in an AB, just to get under the pitchers skin.
I liked that kind of ball. But I also like today's MLB, winning or losing bets is whatever. It's still the best sport imo.
